With reference to an article in dainik jagran dated 1 nov,2011 i wanted to complain about the mobile handset( a 900 media tech) which i bought about 1 year ago through a newspaper aad..and the handset purchased is not working atall properly...i hav bought the handset for rs 3000 and additional my 3000rs have also been spent in making calls and requesting them to help me ...i have made several complaints to the company..my first complaint no. Was a63067...and reference no. was h 09858d...my second complaint no. Was 182459...and reference no.was h 29668d....and my account no. Is 50612330....and my order no. Was 112861917...and my sub-order num was 3678298...they have even replaced 2times for the same bt the problem has not been solved...it is still not working...i even requested them to refund my money back but now they are not responding....now they are not picking our calls even...they have now even taken the handset back...kindly look into the matter...minakshi mohan...
