I have purchased Acer E210 Mobile 3 months back. in the first month it functioned properly then started hanging and suddenly one day there was no network. I went to service center and ask for replacement, to which they replied that "we can only replace it in 7 days from the date of purchase. I asked them to give this in writing they refused to do so.
They formatted it and started working now after 1 week I am facing again the same problem my phone is hanging I am not able to make calls.
I work in an MNC so its very difficult for me to take holiday and run to the service center.
Please help.
