Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Rajan Bhasin From Ambala Cantt.I have purchased AF-11 Handset of Airfone Company on 25th of April in rs 1600. From the next day of purchase,handset occured problems.like restart and low battery backup.Service centre of airfone (Devraj Electronics) didnt submit my handset. than i complaint about my handset at delhi head office to MR. D.K..through e-mail. They told me that we are replacing your handset.i have submitted my handset on 2nd of sep.after that they didnt responed me about my handset.finaly they send my handset on 28th of sep as in the same condition in d service centre.and called me that your handset is replaced.

i request the company to give my money back.i am ready to submit my handset.
