Dear Sir,
I, Yusuf Zojwalla resident of Zojwalla Bunglow, Murbad Road, Next to Income Tax, Kalyan West-421301, Thane District, have purchased an I-Phone 4: 16 GB handset from Aircel gallery on Agra Road, Kalyan under their scheme of 50% money back under the plan of Rs 399 pm for Rs 34500 dt 21st June, 2011 and they have given me a bill No 4 dt 21/06/11 from DIESL (Drive India Solution Limited) , IMEI no 01274400994527 and MISI DN no 8286447777 and after taking the delivery i found that the handset was getting hanged. The touchscreen was not working properly. Applications took time to open and necessary complain was given to aircel gallery Kalyan and after inspecting the handset they advised me that the handset is defective and that they would send it to Vashi in your authorized centre for inspection. It was sent to Vashi M/s ReS Q Ltd on 26/06/11 and i was given receipt Jobsheet no 406 and they told me that it will take 4 days observation and after 3 days i was informed by them that the handset is defective and i was given another handset as replacement IMEI no 61117AHSA4S on 30/06/11. Even this handset which was a replacement which they said it was a new phone was not working. After inserting the sim there was no network. So again on 1/07/11 i have sent this second handset to Vashi service center and after inspection they said that even this handset was defective and they will give me another handset after 4 days.
Who is responsible for this?? Is apple responsible or Aircel? Isnt it Apple's duty to check, test and verify all the handsets before they give the distributors for sale?? After paying Rs 34500 nobody is ready to take the responsibility and i have to run leaving all my work and suffer from a mental as well as financial loss. Who is responsible for the mental torcher that i am going through.
I request you to take this matter seriously and respond to my problem at the earliest.
Awaiting your response,

Yusuf Zojwalla.
