I have purchased Spice QT44 model from Bagittoday on 2/1/2012, thru cash on delivery. I received the handset on 9th Jan 2012... but it is defective, the screen is completely blank...
I have been cheated by Bagit today...
Bag it today has sent me an defective piece.
I need my money back... I am not at all satisfied with this product.
This has ruined the name of bag it today in my vision.
When I wrote a return mail to bag it today, there is no response at all.
Now I am going to the service centers mentioned in spice mobile list.
I dont know whats going to happen.

Same thin happened with me.

I also ordered spice mobile from bagittoday, and they sent me a defective mobile.
It doesn't switch-on. they are in business of clearing the defective products through online shopping.

when ever I call or email them they say it will be resolved within 7 working days, buy still struggling with it since 5th january.

bagittoday are cheating people.
