I bought a blackberry bold3 in sept 2011. It started giving audio problem in less than two months of the purchase. I wanted the company to replace the handset but instead of replacing it with a new one, they repaired it. Since I didn't want to use a repaired handset, I bought another one of the same model. But now its less than three months of purchasing another one, that handset too has started giving the same problem which is quite disgusting.now what should I do? Do I have to use a repaired handset again??? Or I have to shift my preference to APPLE I PHONE??? I seriously don't know.
