I am a Black Berry user having handset (8520 curve ).My handset is having display issue.Its Under warranty.
I have registered an official complaint at Blackberry support center Redington (Goa) on 14 Nov 2011 .

Problem : Display Problem
Blackberry support center informed me to come on 23 Nov. I scheduled my work and went at the service center on 23, they told me the problem is still not fixed and they gave me one more date (26th Nov ).
Same story continued till today 10 Dec. I was only getting new dates but no positive response from Redington.
The last status which i received was a on 15 th dec , a mail from Blackberry which redington had received saying that my cell phone is physically damaged.
I visited Redington on 16 th dec to know what should i do, they informed that blackberry is saying that my cell phone is physically damaged but at the time the cell phone was given to the service team their was no scretch on the cell phone, netheir any damaged done.I told them that my cell phone is under warranty and to repair it, redington told me that i need to pay Rs 7000/- for the repair.
Requesting you to kindly be professional and take care of my complaint.
