I placed an order for a Blackberry mobile on naaptol.com in the mid of December. Before I placed my order through phone (order No - 2969179), I enquired about the colour and the customer serice executive confirmed it to be black. I received the parcel on the 20th of Dec and paid cash on delivery and to my surprise, the colour of the mobile was not black. While contacting the customer care, they updated that there are no colour options and only the available colour would be dispatched. I was confirmed with a black colour handset while placing my order, and that time nobody said about this so called company policy. Also the blue tooth device (comes free) dispatched is completely different from the one displayed in the website. Further to this, the basic component of blackberry CD is missing in the parcel. I raised everything through email to the customer care of naaptol but there no response! This was the first time I made any purchase with naaptol and this is going to my last, so pathetic service I have ever seen. I was made a victim to a false promise made by the customer care agent. This is totally unethical and unbelievable!
