I had purchased a Blackberry 9300 on 25th August 2011 from Indira Switch Jaipur.This is the first time I started using Blackberry as I was using Nokia till then.During October 2011 I started facing problem with my Handset regarding Display and finally on 1st November 2011 there was no display in my Handset.I gave it for repair as it was under warranty to Redington India Ltd on 3rd Nov 2011 and I was told that it will be repaired within a week and they issued me a receipt also (Refer Work order no. JAI/BB/02372).It was mentioned in the Work order that Physical Status of the Handset was Good and no physical defect observed.I waited for 10 days but there was no response from Redington India.So I called them over telephone on 4-5 occasions and each time I was told that Handset is awaited from Delhi.Finally on 19th Nov 2011 when I visited the Redington India's office I was handed over my Blackberry phone with the objection that It is unrepairable and asked me to pay Rs 180 as service charge.When I asked why so? they replied that my handset has major defects as shield dent & vibrator dent was found.I protested that it was in good condition when it was handed over to you and this fact was mentioned in your work order also.How come now it is broken?They said if you want to take delivery of your handset pay Rs 180 and get lost.Their response was very rude and totally shameful.I am shocked to see that such a renowned company like Blackberry which is an Int'l Brand has such poor & discourteous customer service.I know that my handset was mishandled during service at your service centre and instead of replacing it you are trying to ditch me and dupe me.It is a clear case of Cheating & forgery.I wish to place on record that I have not opened the seal of my handset when it was handed over to me and on close scrutiny I found some marks on my handset as well.It is a clear from the appearance of my set that it was destroyed during service at your service center.That is why undue delay was observed for delivery.Such a shame for a great brand called Blackberry that you people too have resorted to such unethical and corrupt practices just to save few bucks.

I am feeling like cheated and duped apart from inhuman treatment meted out to me.
