no response for subject metter....from blackberry department


Ref above subject, we have handed over the blackberry on 25th may 2010 for repair and is under warranty, I suppose to get back within 10 days time of handover my black berry bold 9000,

Now it is almost 20 days, just now I collected on phone , but no proper response regarding my phone…..that is why I need to send mail……

If I am not getting proper response by today….i will go further to take action…..

Please call me and hand over the instrument at my resident place….urgent….
