Hi my Name is Dr. Pankaj Patil. I had purchased a Blackberry mobile in the month of Sept. 2011 (Order No. 3000003783) from your organization. There are following problems in the mobile phone;

1. The Battery does not last for more than 30 minutes.
2. During charging the handset feels very hot.

Regarding the same I had already registered a complaint by calling the customer care. The complaint is 3000003783. I was told that a person will come to collect the handset and after that within 15 days the handset will be replaced. It’s been more than a month since I had registered my complaint but no body from your side had come to collect the handset. Moreover whenever I call on the customer care number, nobody replies back or its always busy.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest or will have to go to the consumer forum for the same.
