    Thumbs down Blackberry service center complaint

    Sir,
    I bought a Blackberry Storm With bill From Jalandhar. After 4-5 Months the phone touch screen stopped working and i contacted authorized service center in Ludhiana. They kept the phone for 15 days and returned the phone saying the phone cannot be repaired and gave no reason and said to contact banglore head office, and the little bit functionality left in the phone was not even there and they had no reason for that. Sir please i need somebody to help me out in this case. They have caused so much of inconvenience for me.

    Angry blackberry curve8520

    i have bought a blackberry curve 8520 form Reliance digital , i have some query regarding the function in the phone , i called up in the blackberry office in cannaught place Ph No.9818329933, a person named karan picked up the phone there, i have asked him general query regarding the phone , he didnt respond to it and started shouting in an improfessional manner and ended up cutting the phone and when i called up again he didnt pickup the phone.i am very much disappointed with such a behavior of your executive.please revert back with some solution

    Default Non- functional Blackberry pearl

    Dear Sirs,
    I bought a Blackberry Pearl from a local supplier (Bmobile, Trinidad West Indies) in October 2009. After the first month, I was having trouble assessing the blue tooth features. To this end, I took the Pearl in to the local supplier, in early May 2010 for repairs. It is going on to about 3 months and still no reply about the status. I bought this phone in good faith and with the Blackberry good name, I thought this would be a very good product.
    Can you assist in the recover or replacement of my $TT 999.00 (US $ 167.00) Blackberry phone.
    A reply to my fraught plead will be the professional response.

    I have bought a BOLD 9700 from an AVEA dealer (Service provider) in Istanbul. After about 45 days later got a "Fatal Error" massege on the screen. All functions worked allright but phone did not see the memory card. After about a month have given the telephone to Avea Dealer to be sent to service.

    A fortnight later they have called me up and said that the service will cost to me TL 826.00 (nearly 600.00 US Dollars) claiming that I have spilled some water on the phone. It is a big lie, such a thing has never happened. I wanted to have my telephone back, and was sent to the dealer. Went to pick up the telephone; it was dead, dead dead. No functions at all.

    Avea Dealer who sold it to me said that since I have not spilled water, it may be because of the sweat on my hands, or I did not dry up my hands after I washed!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a scandal.

    Now I do not have my Bold 9700, but have to pay fity dollars to Avea since I have bought it through a campaign of Avea.

    Is there anyway I can get some help about the matter.

    What a service provider and what a Service, pity.

    Dear Sir

    We purchased a Blackberry 8830 mobile on 10th jan 2011 through naaptol. Our order no. is 1232481.On delivery we saw -
    1. The CDMA does not work .It was advertised that it is a dual GSM/ CDMA phone.
    2. Blackberry services do not work on the phone even on GSM.
    3. GPS IS not working
    4. The click of the trackball is not working
    5. We complained several times but no response. Few dates have been noted- 13-2-11 at 9:45 am. Again on 21-02-11. Repeated complaints only got one answer- we will call back within 48 hours tomorrow and the calls never came.
    6. Pls look into the matter asap and help.

    Default Blackberry torch 9800 touchscreen not working

    i purchased blakcberry torch9800 from thailand 10 days back. From day 2 its touchscreen stoped working properly. when i remove the battery and insert it again then it starts and hen again after few minutes it stops working. i wan't to get it repaired as i stay in North India (Ludhiana city). So let me know from where to get it done.

    Default Complaint against Airtel Blackberry

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I purchased a blackberry 9000 handset in April 2010 having IMEI No. 351846030946868 and PIN No. 20EA01CE. I had Ringer issues in it only and my handset was fully functioning as their service engineer hav checked it,so i submit it in AIrtel blackberry service support at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana (India) a authorized service centre of Airtel Blackberry on 24th December 2010 vide Job Card no. S.No. SUB - 1717. Their Service Engineer has inspected the Handset and told me that handset will take 10-15 Days for repair. After 12 or 13 days they called me and said that your handset is found liquid damage so we can not repair it and come n collect ur handset.

    Case Occurance Detail:-

    1. I have submitted my handset on 24th December 2010 for Repair (Ringer was not working properly and trackball Issue other then this whole functions was working properly).
    2. I receive a call on 07th Jan 2011 from service Engineer and they told me that my handset found liquid damage.
    3. I start to write Airtel blackberry team from 14th January 2011 step by step about it they gave me assurance to ractify the issue as soon as possible.
    4. Finally their Appellate Oficer team told me that my handset was liquid damage so they can not change it.


    My Question is that if my handset was liquid Damage then why they didn’t inform me at the time of handset taken for repair why they have taken 12 days to tell me that my handset is liquid damage.

    Actually the above said fault has been occur at their end during 12 days and they want to palm their blame on me.

    As my handset is in guarantee period therefore I have request that they has to be asked to replace my handset free of cost as they have done this damage at their end not done by me. so I would request you to plz help me to take out from this issue.

    So plz advise me what should i do in such circumstances, you are requested to plz inter vein in this matter n sort it out such matter as soon as possible.

    Angry Blackberry Replacement Problem

    Well the scene in my case is that i bought my NEW BLACKBERRY 9300 in JANUARY 2011 and already got it replaced once in JUNE 2011 due to "APPLICATION ERROR 523"
    And i believe that the handset i got in replacement was a 2nd Hand Piece..
    As there was no reciept provided with the phone.
    And the service center people didnt even inform me that it was a "REPLACED HANDSET"
    i was told "MY" phone is fixed..

    Now after 1month of replacement.. i observed that my "TRACK PAD" was not working. Then i took my phone to SERVICE CENTER AGAIN.. and they "RECIEVED" my phone on 6-8-2011 ...saying that they'll replace my handset again..

    Till date ... I have'nt recieved any updated regarding my phone, and its kinda pissin me off, when they dont pick up the phone and talk rude.
    The "AFTER SALES SERVICES" ARE REALY POOR..

    i hate this..
    Please bring this to their notice...
    Will appreciate your responce over this..

    Sir,
    I have purchased blackberry 8520 curve on 7th April 2011 from authorised distributor of Blackberry in pune. after some days it camera stop working and very next day its display gone. when i showed it authorised service center " Redinton India Pvt. Ltd.", Model colony pune on 5th August 2011, that time the lady which attend me told that your handset is in warranty and need to send mumbai service center and you will get it back after eight working days. i accept that and gave may handset for repair. but after eight working days when enquir for status of my handset the service center person told me that their net is down and cant give you the satus of may handset. i again call after two days now the service center person told me that they dont have approval for my hand set and it will require day or two, after three days i again call in service center now they told me that their are some handsets which having some octroi problem which is coming from their mumbai service center and hand set is in that lot. from last two days they have diffenent different reasons about not giving my handset. i warn them about taking legal action but still no effect.
    Now can i get some help on this

    Default Blackberry is a third class phone with the worst service ever.

    in 5th nd 7th month 2 BBs concked off.
    Theres a one hour queue at service centre to complain.
    The BB instrument is the worst instrument ever. looks like they haven't been through any test phase
    and have introduced third grade instruments similar to street stuff.

    To whom it may concern,

    I am currently the owner of a Blackberry Curve 3G, that I bought here in
    Thailand.
    I am a 17 year old Canadian studying in Thailand as an exchange student, I
    was enjoying the use of Blackberry to keep in contact with my family back
    home until, one day the track pad stopped working. I have had it repaired 4
    times in this month. I am disappointed in the fact that is stopped working
    for no apparent reason, and that I paid a hefty price for a Canadian made
    product, as I trusted it, also for patriotic reasons to a certain extent.
    Recently I ventured into Blackberry Thailand, to look into giving the
    phone back as a manufacturing problem then paying an additional 2000-3000
    baht to upgrade to the bold. The only thing Blackberry Thailand told me was
    that I needed to hand over roughly $500 Canadian to attain a new bold. This
    would place me in a position of having no money for the next few months,
    and this is money I do not have after spending my savings on the curve
    already.
    There are points in my exchange year that blackberry is the only way for my
    to contact my family back home.
    I am still an avid blackberry supporter.

    I would appreciate some help in this matter as soon as possible
