Dear sir,

i have purchased blackberry curve on 15 nov 2011.its screen has been damaged .I went to janakpuri service on 22 nov , they said that they will provide me a new handset. they come on 24 nov to recieve the DOA certificate because it take 24 to 48 hrs to approve from the company . its been 28 today by on i have not got the certificate yet . I using borrowed headset and facing lots of problem. i have also activated blackberry messenger service worth 400 per month but its going total waste. i have called them today but they said that call on 1 dec.

Please take some action against the service center.
