I am buying Boss Mobile phone on 06/02/2010 via naaptol.com.
Today my Touch Screen Mobile is not working due to touch screen is not working so i call to naaptol customer care but they are said this is not covered in warrenty. I read warrenty card's T&C but they are not mantioned for above subject. Naaptol Customer care Executive said please pay Rs.1200/- for that. why should i pay for that, please help me any send notice to tham.
