sir im arham shamim from new delhi.i had purchsed a nokia handset from an authorised nokia showroom on 14th of june 2010 for rs.15700 and on the very day it started to show signs of technical problems.i took it to the showroom from where i bought it on the 17th of june 2010 and asked him to exchange he denied and asked me to go to nokia care.please help me sir.
