i m pritam das from contai,purba medinipur.In contai has a nokia care.i have a nokia phone.model no. is 3600 slide.but recently it has a problem.the keypad does not work properly.so i go to nokia care.my warranty period is expired.that's why they told me that they need 1500 rupees to change the keypad.but when i go to take my phone i saw that it works.but when i came home i saw that it still has the same problem and i also saw that the keypad light does not came and the cover is broken. then i kept the phone on this cover which is supplied by the nokia care.after 2 days i go there and show them the problem they told me that there has liquid but i told them that there don't have any way for liquid in the phone then they took the phone and repairing it.but when i came home i saw the same problem.and my friend bought a new nokia phone 7 days before.but suddenly the phone became very slow and it hang too much.when we go to the customer care they told us that the reason is liquid.but we know that there has no way for liquid.if anyone buy a new phone and show them they must say the problem is liuid.plz do soomething about it.

I have a Nokia 5130 mobile.It also has warrenty cover. Suddenly while attending a call the screen of the mobile turned white and I am unable to switch on the mobile. When I took it Nokia Care they said that it was a software problem and upgraded it.After bringing back the same problem is repeated.Same is the case with my friends phone also.Can I take any action like asking Nokia for a replacement?

sir, this is to inform u that i hv purchased nokia 5310 in jan 2009 but i hv got problm in my screen sm days ago when i reached at nokia care they told that the screen wud hv to be changed bt the prblm wid my screen is that its the screen backlight is working only on pressing wid hand bt at that time i hv agreed and changed my screen it costs me Rs2000/- and the time of receiving i asked them for my old screen to giv it back bt they said that the old screen has been sent to nokia repair shop and they will not give it back,it will be the property of nokia.Is this fare to give Rs2000/- for new screen without returning the old one which can be used in emrgency.

I would like to bring into your knowledge that I am Prasanta Patra(Bhagwanpur, Purba Medinipur, Pin-721601), a customer of Punjab National Bank of Bhagwanpur Branch, Purba Medinipur Pin-721601. I went to the branch for deposit some money & other works. I meet to the casher Mr. Samir Majumdar for that. But the casher ( Mr. Samir Majumdar ) behavior is very rudely to words me. He did not co-operate with me. He threaten me that he will close my A/C. & next days he harassed me. This is the attitude of a forth class employee of a Punjab National Bank. My balance is always sufficient enough in the bank & I thought I was a valued customer but I was totally regretted due to this behaviors, was my fault such a big enough? So that I have harassed me like a beggar. I also have an A/C with other bank but never found them. I went to the bank with such a good mood and I was totally depressed & disrespect in front of public inside the bank. I am so puzzled from banking staff (Mr. Samir Majumdar).

So , I therefore, request to you necessary steps to take & oblige me..
