Dear sir, I bought one blackberry 9630 tour mobile from naaptol.Com for which order number is mentioned above. The phone which I received from them looks pretty old and several features are not working properly and it is mentioned below:
1. Battery provided in mobile set looks old and gives standby backup of 5 hrs only
2. One speaker of the stereo headphone provided with the mobile set is not working.
3. The button for the hanging up the call is not well and shows the set is old

I have mailed several time but they have not responded positively therefore kindly request you to look into matter and fix the problem. A copy of mail is attached below.
