I have Purchase SAMSUNG Model No: M power 309-SCH-F309 From Neel Communication Bill No: 938 Dated: 10th October'2009 Rs.6500/-Cash. But My Phone Truble for battry charge & Others on 31.5.2010 and handover to your aouthorised service centre M/s Mahamaya Communication of 291,Diamond harbour Road, Near Behala Thana, Kolkata-700 034,West bengal, India vide as per received Memo No; A0000017B3C546 Dated:31.05.2010.That Time some problem due to battary not charge properly as per complin to your service centre report but so Many time Day by day attened to your sevice centre at last report from your service man that phone totally damage and no response for service centre. I tell you with in Warrenty period damage set to be return with new set and this is not my fault.There are continue silence in this regards and all documents attach this complain. I also remamber to Samsung company as per docket No;8410398792 Dated: 29.6.2010 due to replace of set as early as posible so many time wait for complain but both of them continue silence in this regards. I hope you will help me inthis regardsand why not leegal action th. consumer forum due to Samsung company & their aouthorized service center?

I had a samsung mobile E2120 that mobile's display broken in an accident
i gave my mobile to that service center even after 60 days i did n't any respond from the service center
at last they try to gave me an used display from an another mobile

I have purchased Samsung galaxy 3 Model No:GT-I5801 and I need to update my android version,I am unable to update it via kies. So I took my mobile to the nearest service center Mr Gopinath who assured me that he will update my phone asked me to come 3 days later. After 3 days same reply,this continued for three weeks and later he said this is not my work ,to update your phone you are provided with kies this is how he replied me.Please take strict action on Mr Gopinath,Samsung service center,Indiranagar(Opp to Kadi craft),Hosur 635109.

With due respect I am fervently intimating You that I have purchased mobile model no S8300 IMEI no 359043024962883 from Agartala on 17/10/09 .But unfortunately this mobile set developed some mechanical faults and so it was replaced by the company"s
authorised service center at agartala dated as 14/11/09 ,but with deep regreat I am forced to inform You that this replaced set bearing the IMEI NO 359043027435558 also developed same mechanical problem, on 02/02/2010 the authorised service center
temporaraly mend the set ,but the problem remain the same. again I went to the service center on 18/07/11, but They are charging me huge amount for mending the set.. now I have come to the conclution that this very model is itself defecttive.
So I am requesting You to change the model for me as I am deceived by buying this particular model.I am waiting for your reply.
