I had purchased a Spice QT 56 mobile on 11-Jul-2010 and from the first day i have been facing problems with it. I have submitted it to the service center "H G service center, 542/1, mahalwara house, near railway road, gurgaon, Haryana." on '22-Nov-2010' since then I have called them many times and I have also visited there service center but they are not giving any response. there is only a software problem with the mobile but even then they have taken more than 15 days and still there is no response from them.
I request you to please take some strong steps so that I can get my product Right.

PIN. 312023 on 05-Nov-2010' since then I have called them many times and I have also visited there service center but they are not giving any response. there is three problem (1) vibration (2) Automatic switch off (3) Hanging And (4) Automatically out of coverage problem with the mobile but even then they have taken more than 25 days and still there is no response from them.
I request you to please take some strong steps so that I can get my product Right.

I have purchased the Spice Mobile mode no.QT56 on 14th August 2010 and suddenly from 25th October the mobile started giving problem like it use to get Very Very Hot even when SMS is received. Hence I handed over the handset 27th October 2010 to the official Service Provider M/s.D.M.Tele Services, 104, Rajshree Plaza, Near Shreyas Cinema, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar (W) Contact Person : Mr.Sanjay, Contact No.02265297439.,who advised me to collect it after two weeks. Today the date is 10th December 2010 (45 Days completed) till today I have not received the mobile handset. I had made serveral visit and called them frequently but I am getting a Standard Reply " YOU WILL GET NEXT WEEK ". Now I am fedup of calling and repenting of purchasing Spice Mobile instead I should have gone for Nokia or Samsung. However, I request you to intervene and arrange to get the mobile set at the earliest.

I have purchased a Spice Mobile from Cheer Electronics Bhubaneswar TIN 21021113596 on 14 Oct 2010.
The equipment became faulty on 18 Nov 2010. I gave it M/S m care, Bhubaneswar, Authorised Spice Mobile Service Centre on 19 Nov 2010. I was called for delivery of the equipment on 13 Dec 2010. The equipment has NOT been repaired. I want either replacement for my equipment or reimbursement of the cost and compensation of INR 10,000.00/- for the deprivation and harassment that I have been put through by Spice Mobile.

hi my name is kunal kumar my phone was in service center for aroun 26 days and they replace my phone with new phone my phone they charge me 188 rs and they din't given any recipt for that .they said that they have charge amount replcement of mobile body . but din't given any recpit for that and pls

i have purchased a spice mobile model number 5252h on 11/02/11. and since 1st day it is creating problem to me.. battery is not giving any backup. and it turns off by its own without pressing any button.. even i have talked to some service centers but they are not providing me any solution for my problem... please sort out my this problem as soon as possible.
