I had purchased a Q3 micromax on 06/07/10. Now I am facing various problem and annoyed with the poor service of customer care. Battery is not working despite changing it twice. Incoming voice is too low. I don't have alternate mobile and all the number is saved in the set. I unable to get those the number since it is switched off.
I went to service centre thrice and surprised to get poor service. I will be happy to get a call from micromax if they really think about their reputaion & customer.
