complain against nokia care and service center

my name is HEMANT .and my address is v+p+o bamni khera teh. &diss. palwal.i purchase a NOKIA 6303 classic(imei no. 359333038002756) from palwal. the divice was working well when i purchase that .but one day on date 01 june 2010 the phone is hanged it is automatically and turn off . as my phone was in warranty so i deposit my phone to the nokia care in PALWAL on date 01july 2010. they check my mobile and said to me that we are sending your phone to company when i gave my mobile to them the body of mobile look very fine no screch was on my mobile . nokia care secratery told me that compony is replacing your mobile aqnd a new mobile will be given to you from compony. ON DATE 20 JULY 2010 they gave me a phone and said to me that company replace your mobile and then give me anothe nokia 6303 classic phone .iI WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN THEY GIVE ME THE PHONE THIS PHONE WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION THIS IS LOOKING VERY UGLY MANY SCRETCHES IS ON THE PHONE THE COLOUR IS ALSO FADE OF THE MOBILE .when i said them about this they they said me this nis not our responsibility so i want to change my mobile now they gave me that mobile whose imei no is(359333037312529)

Sir, i bought Nokia 3600s mobile on 11.5.2009. The IMEI no is 359306021961022. For past few days, my mobile is switching off automatically. So i decided to format my memory card and also updated my mobile software. But problem didn't solve after updating software. My friends told me that problem might not be in software side. so i approached Nokia care centre in Madurai yesterday. I asked them to check the IC's and find the problem. They opened my phone and told me that there was no problem in hardware side of the phone. They asked me to update phone software. I know the procedure of software update,so i told them that i could do it myself. After i reached home, i noticed a problem in my slide. Slide is not working in my phone. When i open slide, it should attend the call, but i need 2 press green button.. Then what is the pourpose of slide?
So i went to Nokia care this morning to ask about this problem. But they repeatedly saying that it may be a software problem. I asked them if u update, will it work? They couldnt answer my question. Then they said to replace the flux and its cost is 530rs. They cant find the problem of slide. They want only money. They couldnt accept their fault. The problem arised only when they opened my mobile.There was no problem in my mobile except switching off problem till yesterday. Im feeling very bad of nokia customer care. They ruined my mobile.

iam with all my friends who suffered alot with misbehaving attiude of nokia customer care in delhi towards customer... i have faced this problem twice at jail road (west delhi)
nokia customer care...

listen my friends , compaling in courts nd consumer forum is not a solution.. they all are corrupted badly..we need to do something against nokia.

its my request to all consumers stop buying nokia phones nd go through some other company bt don't buy nokia cell..

its my humble request to all consumers to teach a lesson this nokia company...

because your are not today facing problem but later on , it can b happen with u also.. so pls, join this moto nd help people hard earning ..

मैंने मेरा नोकिया N86 मरम्मत के लिए नोकिया केयर सेंटर मैं 2 ओक्टुम्बर को भेजा था मुझे कहा गया था की 14 ओक्टुम्बर को फ़ोन मुझे मिल जाएगा लेकिन जब मैं केयर सेण्टर गया तो मुझे पता चला की फ़ोन अभी तक आया ही नहीं है मैंने नोकिया केयर सेण्टर मैं फ़ोन किया तो मुझे पता चला की उन्होंने तो 12 ओक्टुम्बर को ही भेज दिया था इससे मैं काफी परेशान हो रहा हूँ मैं बार बार केयर सेण्टर मैं फ़ोन करके थक चूका हूँ इस 2 ओक्टुम्बर से कुछ दिन पहले भी मैंने मेरा फ़ोन मरम्मत के लिए भेजा था लेकिन वह ठीक हो कर नहीं आया इसलिए मैंने फिर से इसे 2 ओक्टुम्बर को भेजा था जो की अभी तक ठीक हो कर नहीं आया जब की वहां से इसे भेजा जा चूका है मैंने कई बार फ़ोन किया लेकिन इसका कोई हल नहीं निकल रहा है अगर तुरंत इसका हल नहीं किया गया तो मैं Consumar Coart को सूचित करूँगा
