I have purchased samsung M2710 on 28 dec 2009, After a month it starts giving problems like HANG, RESTARTS AUTOMATICALLY. I went to service station and they told me that it will take a month. I went back after a month then they told me that its motherboard is corrupt, and it will take one more month to replace it. So finally i got my cell after 2 months. But after 15 days it start troubling me again with the same problem. As i went back to the service station they misguide me and just update my software several times still i facing the same problem. I visited many service stations to get rid of this problem but they did not solve my problem and asked me to visit the main service station at NEHRU PLACE . I visited Nehru place and told my whole story from the beginning, they deposit my cell and asked me to visit after a week. When i went back they told me that mother board of your phone is corrupted and it would take some more time by making excuses that this part is not available but they did'nt gave me the exact time for that.

Sir i am very frustrated because OUT OF 8 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING OR DEPOSITED IN SAMSUNG SERVICE STATION. I M REALLY VERY TIRED OF CHASING SAMSUNG PEOPLE AGAIN AND AGAIN... PLEASE HELP ME OUT..
