I have given a spice mobile handset in spice service center on 12/06/2010 against job sheet no.36134 regarding non performance of CDMA service of the mobile which was under warranty coverage . But till date I have not received the handset from the service center . In that case I need support from your forum .

i have purchased a spice mobile qt44 from "alfa " 5/6,dadi house, irla society, vile parle (w) mumbai 400056 tel:26719696
on date 10/04/2010 bearing imei 910040880427401. The product is under warrenty period of 12 months. Now the product is not peroforming well and the mobile is not getting charged so i went to the spice service center in solapur to get repaired it but i had totally negative behaviour from the spice service center in solapur they told that they only repairs the mobile purchased from solapur district and they took my mobile and they seperated the trunk form the mobile so its my humble request to you to give your attention in this case at the earliest .

I have been to get my mobile repaired and instead they wrote on the bils back side that the trunk is cut and the mobile is not going to be get repaired.they told that where you want to complain you can complain against us.

So please sir once more please give your valuable time for the same.

on date 19/12/2010 bearing imei 9105649000603414. The product is under warrenty period of 12 months. Now the product is not peroforming well and the mobile is not getting charged so i went to the spice service center in prajakata electronics solapur to get repaired tow time same complent, parchase karke 6 month me do bar secvice ko dekar 3 month mobile service center me hi tha.ab service center vale ne dusre kisine use kiya huva second hand mobile muze diya hai. mobile ke andar our mobile ki body kharb hai uska imei no. bhi alag hai,(910564907106847) us mobile se me samadhani nahi hu. meri aapse yah vinati hai ke jaldse jaild muze mera hand set dilwa dijiye nahi to compani se naya hand set dijiye.my humble request to you to give your attention in this case at the earliest .So please sir once more please give your valuable time for the same.
