    mere mobile micromax x2i+ ka display 7 din me kharab ho gaya, jab me use bhopal, m.p. nagar me mansarovar complex me lekar gaya to madam ne set ko open kiya jisst uski seal toot gai, fir madam ne set wapis de diya or kaha ki hamare yaha service centre band he.. aap hamidiya road pe hamare service centre me dena waha bana denta aj jab me waha mobile lekar gaya to unhone mana kar diya ki seal tuti hui he warranty khatam he to mene unhe puri baat batai, unhone kaha ham nahi bana sakte warranty me, mene m.p. nagar service centre me cal kiya baat karane ki liye, per madam ne kaha hamara hamidiya service centre walo se koi matlab nahi or aapko banwana he to m.p. nagar lekar aao or unhone phone kat diya.. fir phone receive nahi kiya gaya...
    lekin hamidia road per jo service centre he waha bethe sir ne problem ko samjha or unhone handset banaker diya..

    I have a complaint against your service center (Ideal Communication, FF 3, Hari Vinayak Complex, Opp. Brahman Babha Hall, Pratap Road, Dandia Bazar, Vadodara. I had Q2 mobile which was purchased on dt.25/5/10. Display wasn't work therefore i was submitted my mobile at above mansion service center for servicing.
    They are very care less since 22 days they not return my mobile back, when i gone at service center they told me mobile is at Ahmedabad but till date i do not got my mobile

    My job card no is 463748 which dose not repair till date . At the time of deposit yours service engineer had told me its a Soft ware problem, As my knowledge its need to repair 5-10 minute. Several time I make phone call your service station but form there end they are telling me better you call me after two day its happen 10 times, last fry day 8.10.10 your representative told me your hand sate will delivered on Mon day 11.10.10.But today I make a call your service station Around 11.30 they told me they are will delivered my hand sate after durga puja .else see this matter as a serious basis

    its to infome u that ur bareilly service centre near ram janaki mandir. i have problem for track ball and headphone jack, i put my set for service they give me back within 3 days by charging rs 220/- but they made one more problem that my set gets off after sometime thatis ki jab mei ghar se office set leke jata hu to office mei jab pocket se nikala ta hu to mujhe mera set switch off milata hai aur mere on kar ne k baad agar kisi ki call ati hai to kabi kabi call ate hi switch off ho jata hai yeh baat jab mei sevice centre mei batai toh vo khate hai ki hamare samne ho toh hum dekhe but sir yeh sudden problem kabhi hoti hai kabhi nahi ????? mene kaha plz check kar lije to unhone sah maana kar diya aur jab complain ki baat kari to mujhse batamije se bolane lage sir plz request hai apse help me ???????/////

    Sir,
    I have visited your customer service centre situated at Neelam Chowk by your authorised dealer named Simran Communication, Shop No.-53, Neelam Flyover, NIT Faridabad for minor repair (Right Side song speaker, Key of centre side, Charging )of my Micromax 250 Hand set (bearing IMEI 1 910002461103835 & IMEI 2 910002463103853). The service centre given me Customer Job Card of Job Order No. 1637 Dated 12.10.2010 and ask me to take the Hand set on 14.10.2010. But during some reason I have not collected my handset from the service centre on dated 14.10.2010. I visited to take my set on dated 19.10.2010 and found that the handset was returned back without any repair and telling me every thing is repaired as per report. But when I check all things as per job card, I found my set as it is as I have given to the service centre. On that day they commit me to take the handset on dated 21.10.2010, but my visit on 21.10.2010 as well as 28.10.2010, they tell me about non-repair of Set. Now I have only way to get help from consumer forum for un-necessary harssment & inconvinence to the custmor by your authorised service centre.
    It is further added that the same set was repaired two times from your service centre sonipat and now I felt that I have purchsed dummy phone rather than new.

    Sir/Madam,
    on last 2nd April'10 I had purchased a micromax Q5 fb mobile from SOLUTIONS,shop no:17, C2C, Pocket 12, market, Janakpuri and the mobile has started giving problem.
    Even when the earphone is removed from the mobile socket the sign of the earphone plugged in is always on and for which reason I have no other alternative but to switch on the speaker,which I find very embarassing when one is travelling in a public transport because every other commuter can here what is being said.
    Once for this same reason/problem I had given the mobile for repairing at Vishvajeet, Ug-10, Suneja Tower - II, District Centre, Janakpuri,ND-58. but the problem did not occur for about ten-fifteen days but again it automatically developed the same problem.
    For this reason I had to pay 300/= rupees though it is still in warranty period.
    Do they call this as service???
    I think all the consumers of micromax mobiles who are facing problems should unite together and file a common complaint at Consumers Court, then only the company will realise its pathetic approach to sufferers.

    I m pramod raut i had bought a micromax x410 mobile last 2 month ago. but a software problem occur on this and i give it to the service centre at 07.03.2011 but they are not able to return my mobile always says that the work is pending. i m a student sir please try to understand and check my complain and do something as soon as possible .plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    maine X215 set liya tha 1 hapta ke bad display kharab ho gaya tab se service center ka chakkar laga raha hun...

    Micromax ka mobile kabhi mat lena.. mai 6 mahine se service center ka chaakar laga raha hun.....

    bahut dukhi kar diya hai micromax ne .... headoffice me complaint kiya lekin koi phayda nahi huwa..

    I would like to register a complaint against Cosmic Telecom, Micromax Mobile Service Centre in Belgaum, for overcharging in minor repairs and harassment for providing bill for the same.
    On 13th June, i approached them with problem in track-ball navigation of my Micromax Q5 handset and they told me that cleaning dust of track-ball assembly will take care of the problem and would cost 200, and replacement of trackball would cost 450. I wondered why just cleaning is so costly and agreed for it anyway. Two days later, on 15th June when I went back to receive my handset I was shocked to know that they are not ready to provide bill for the work done and their attitude was worst to say the least. They now said that 200 is without bill and 450 is repair with bill. Finally the manager said if you need the bill it will cost Rs. 375. After some argument i had no choice but to pay Rs. 250 to have a bill for the petty work done without any part replaced! The lady receptionist, technician and the manager were all involved in the harassment and instead accused me of creating nuisance and said because it is a norm that we do servicing without a bill. I would like to know, what are the recommended service charges fixed by the company and why bill is not provided by service centres and it pains to imagine how many innocent customers are being harassed and looted in this manner. This is a scam. I expect an explanation and apology from the service centre and refund of unnecessary charges applied. My Jobsheet no. is 1509 and tax bill no. 764.
    I would like to know what steps I can take to have quick action in this matter and also regarding legal action in such matters. My mail Id is drleofire@gmail.com

    i m Amardeep from Bahadurgarh in Haryana. mene abhi 12/06/11 ko micromax X510 kharida tha khridne ke 4 din baad uska toch kaam krna band ker gya phir agle din se apne aap thik ho gya. Or kal 29/06/11 ki sham ko phit band ho gya or thodi dair baad display bhi kaam krna band ker gyi. Jb main isko le ker service center (Dhawan Communication,Mangolpuri,Delhi)gya to unhone kha iska motherboard jal gya hai jabki mera phone without secreen sab kaam ker rha hai. Fault display ka hai or vo board ko jala hua bata ker mujse 1200/- maang rhe hain thik krne ke. Sir phone ko kheride Ek mehina bhi nhi hua or warrenty main bhi pese maang rhe hain plz do something.

    Dear Sir/ Madam
    I had purchased 3G data card (mmx 352G-7.2) After using it for few days it stopped working. When I took it to the service center ( B-36,1st Floor, Guru Nanak pura, Laxminagar) they refused to repair/replace it. I have visited this center for 2 more times but they didn't respond to me. They just say we don't have in stock come after 1-2 weeks. As I am student I can't go any other place to complain them. So please put cease on such type of center and product,which can't satisfy their customer. Anybody buying micromax's product please don't buy.

    Dear Sir,

    I bought Micromax Q50 3 months ago, and it starts to defunction every time I had to used GPRS.
    I then took it to the service centre in Lajpat Nagar, this is where my ordeal starts. I was told that the phone would be repaired within 48 hrs. I went back to the centre on the 2 day only to be told it would take another 5 days. When I told them that, I would be out of station the next day they somehow offered to get the phone delivered to any of my relative. Then I gave the complete address and name of my sister who lives in North Delhi University Campus. However when my sister did not get the phone on the 6th day, I emailed to them. This time they told me that, they would contact my sister, however no one contacted her. Then I wrote to them again the same day and got no reply. On the 7th day I wrote to them again this time they promise they would deliver the phone anyhow yet the phone never got delivered neither did my sister received any call. Finally when I told them I am running out of patience, they called my sister this morning to confirm the address, till this time she never receive the phone nor did she received any follow up call. Unfortunately the phone number provided on the jobsheet never exist and my request for the correct telephone number has never been obliged. I want to know if there is any possibility to sue this company as it has completely ignored my valuable times and energy because of their creepy products and shabby services. What is even really unfortunate is they repeatedly cheat on me with false promises.
    I am really helpless please let me know if you require more evidences of negligence on their part to find out to the extent of them being guilty for breach of mutual trust.

    Default Faulty Handset Q75 sold to me and i am struggling for replacement

    dear sir,

    i purchased Q75 from Micromax on 25th Mar 2011, in June itself the handset started giving issues.

    1. I visited the service centre in Jun and they simply re-loaded the software and gave it back to me, issue still persist.
    2. I visited again and they said that they will not accept the Bill as it is drawn from Micromax warehouse and not from a dealer.
    3. I logged a complaint on your email id and call center, you advised to visit the service centre again and call from there.
    4. I visited again on 23rd Jul 11, when I presented them the handset and the bill, service centre denied again to work on the job, I made them have a word with your representative on 18605008286 and then the lady who attended the call had a word with the service centre. Then the service centre excuse was that due to technical upgrade at their centre it could not be done and I should come on Monday.
    5. I again visited them on 25th Jul 11 (Monday) and then made me wait for an hour & half after which they simply accepted the handset and issued me a job sheet which is attached and asked me to come on 26th Jul 11 morning to collect the handset. In case there is some issue we will call you to inform when to come.
    6. I tried calling them on 25th evening as well as on 26th Morning on the number mentioned by them in their rubber stamp which they confirmed is the contact number also but no one cares to answer the phone.
    7. I had no option left but to drive 17 Kms and visit them again, when I went this morning, the simple casual attitude was "PLEASE WAIT!", after waiting for 20 minutes the simple response is "we tested your handset and we have noticed some hardware issue due to which we have to move this to L3 which we have not yet done"]
    8. I requested them to please give me the phone number which works and the delivery time in writing and the response was really amazing "we cannot give you the delivery time in writing, please come after two days to check what is the update"
    9. When I insisted, I have got the cell number which is given in the attached picture on top, this belongs to Sahil and I am asked to give him a call to check after two days but no delivery date can be promised.
    10. after a week the handset was returned to me stating that the L3 has fixed the issue however the issue remains same, when i call the area co-ordinator he says deposit again and i will get it repaired and no response comes from their call center.

    I would like to understand how Micromax commits to the delivery and service because for a simple issue I have been made to travel 17 Kms atleast 6 times till now and the issue is still not resolved and the company service centre is not even ready to confirm the delivery time. This is really shameful for me as a customer that a company is not able to provide services to end users who are buying in bulk then what will happen to the customers, who buy one single equipment.

    I request you to please help me with the replacement for this handset as I cannot accept a faulty handset which has got hardware issue in first two months itself.
