    Default complaint against defective mobile set of noika 5800 express music

    I , Kapil Agrawal had purchased the Nokia 5800 express music IMEI: 358247/03/314631/2 code 0573797 model no :5800d-1 type RM-356 in Dec'2009 from Univercell Departmental Store at Belgaum. With in 15 days of purchase i had to go to Nokia care centre as it is being hanged. I appealed to department store to replace the set at the same time but they denied rudely, their statement " after sale they are not responsible and they cant do any thing, just contact to Nokia Care centre."
    My problem is that my mobile hand set is with in warranty period, but no one is ready to help me in this regard. I am a service man person and located at Remote location at Muddapur (dist Bagalkot) in J.K. Cement. It is not possible me to go to Belgaum nearest Nokia Service Centre in working days. Till date I have already gone there at Belgaum Nokia Service Centre already 4-5 times. I have to take a leave of one day every time for the same, which have very cost to me. I appeal to replace my hand set as earliest.

    Default Complaint against poor service on warranty by Croma and Neoteric Infomatique.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is with reference to a netbook (Model: Compaq Presario CQ45-106AU) which i bought from Croma in Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 14/01/2009. I bought the netbook with extended warranty which is offered by Croma and they charged me upfront Rs. 2700 for it. This extended warranty was for two years beyond the one year manufacturer's warranty.
    In August 2011 when suddenly my netbook stopped booting, I registered a complaint with Croma Helpline (18002092525), as my netbook was still under the extended warranty. I registered my complaint on 24/08/2011. The helpline suggested me to take my laptop to their service partner which is NEOTERIC INFOMATIQUE, at Platinum mall, first floor, station road, ghatkopar east. The person who was responsible to look into the matter was Mr. Naveen (Ph: 9769112860). The Netbook was handed over by me to the service center on 30/08/2011, and a job card was made and handed over to me mentioning the nature of problem.
    At the first place, I was able to contact Mr. Naveen with great difficulty (he doesnt bother to pick up the call, and even when he does he very conveniently replies back that he is not in office, so he cannot help me and asks me call at his office landline), and he assured me that my netbook will be repaired and given back to me in 3-4 days.
    Ever since that day, I have not yet received back my repaired netbook. Its been almost 22 days, since I delivered the netbook at the service center. To make the matter worse, the service center has called me TWICE, asking me to come at their center and collect the netbook as it has been repaired. However, when I reach there and check the netbook, its given back to me in the same condition, as was handed over to them for repair. The netbook has refused to boot every time I have been there to collect it. Meanwhile, in between, I have also been given the number of the netbook engineer (Mr. Shakeel, Ph: 9821009708) and I have been asked to co-ordinate with him, for the status of my netbook. I have also been given the number of M/S Munira (Ph: 022-42309616) to check for the status of my repaired netbook. With so many people, to contact and check for, I am not able to understand what role is Mr. Naveen playing here. All the people mentioned above, do not respond efficiently when tried to reach them.
    I have also tried to call back Croma Helpline and informed them regarding this, with no avail.
    I Am a doctor, and my netbook is of utmost importance to me to save and keep updating my patients records and to make presentations. With very poor co-operation from NEOTERIC INFOMATIQUE (to mention MR. Naveen) and Croma, I have put across my request to Consumercourtforum.
    I hope that with intervention of Consumercourtforum, I will able to receive my Netbook back in working condition.
