i purchased my phone metro S5200 on July.2010 from a mobile store outlet in kolkata,(baghajatin branch).it has been only one month and my phone is not working properly.the key buttons 7,8,9,0,*,# ,the volume keys and the camera button are not working.the slide is also very loose.without any kind of physical damage,this is really shocking.i did not expect this kind of consequences from a one-month old phone.i want my money back or a new phone in exchange of this.just after one month of buying the phone if i face such problems,i don't expect any good from this phone anymore.i would be highly obliged if my problem is solved.i can give the necessary documents needed.i would request that my problem is solved as fast as possible.
