My name is Deepak Kumar. I purchased a Micromax mobile phone Last year on 09 Jan, 2011.
On 1 Dec, 2011 my mobile phone developed some problems of hands free,speaker, auto switch off, etc. I located a service center of Micromax (Satguru communication,sec-27, noida) and went to them for the necessary repairs of my phone.
I gave my phone on 3-12-2011 vide job card no 3079998 and they told me to collect my phone on 6-12-2011. Since then I have visited them 8 times but my phone has neither been repaired not given back to me.
After not getting satisfactory response from them, I called up Micromax's customer care number and was allotted complaint ID no 1612117418 dated 16-12-2011. I was assured by the customer care team that my duly repaired mobile phone will be given back to me after 1 week but again nothing happened.
I was very disappointed and lodged a complaint by email on 16-12-2011 and 24-12-2011 for which I received there auto generated response. Till date, I have sent two emails and have received their auto generated response but without any solution of my problem.
I am afraid that this is there delaying tactics because the warranty of my mobile phone is going to expire on 8/1/2012.
I was using this phone for my official work and I am facing a lot of problem without it.
Through this communication, I am requesting you to take up the matter with Micromax for solving my problem.
