Hi my self dilip palav from bhandup, mumbai I purchase my mobile on 27.09.10 and use phone not more than 15 days, now at the time of charging my mobile shows battery low temprature when I go to ur service provider at thane there I wait till two hours and there is nobody to entertainment me what kind if service u provide and is ur phone quality is good no service and no quality product of micromax phone kindly give sugession

my name is amit bhosle from baroda.. actually i have buy the micro max cell from baroda in shop of mobile wala.. aftre 1 month the cell is autometacally off.. so i had contact to the micro max service station.. dandia bazar baroda ( contact no..9974152576 office. ; 0265-3019099) ... i had gave the cell the date of 28/9/2010 nd they had gvn the ans.. after 10 days u should collect ur cell.... bt today is 27th oct 2010 the cell is still not repair..
they r given very rudly ans.. so i have to request u plz do as soon as possible...

But its service not been done correctly in Delhi's Service Center. In July 2010, I had given my Mobile to IP Electronics , PatelNagar, New Delhi. They have given time for 1 month for replacement. But when I reach there, I had found service center closed. Few days later, Service Center was opened, but they dont replaced my set saying that ur mobile set is not working and currently there is no mobile available for replacement. After few days they give me DOA letter and changed faulted X225 Model to me and said that go to ur distributor with this. Ur distributor will replace this mobile through company on the basis of DOA letter. I had given the DOA and handset to distributor in August 2010. Till now my handset is not replaced. Distributor tell me that handset model is not available in company for replacement. I am totally frustated with this. From last 5 months, I am trying to replace my Micromax X225 Handset. Dear Concern officer

This is to inform you that we the customer of Micromax Mobile dont get any after sales service from your company.

I have buy one Micromax Q5 in the month of July 2010. When I buy this mobile I supposed that this is the best Mobile in my life while I am using mobile phone from last 10 Years.

The due to some problem the key pad and track ball done down then I go to Service center and find that I have chose wrong because this is not a Mobile company this is a Merchant Shop which have no online system and where I have to produce bill of the Mobile while this model is launched few mounts before and the customer care executive who was at the service center was talking in very bad manner with the customer. He was asking for the bill of the Mobile and dong give any payment receive to the customer who had paid to them. There was no written inform to bring Bill of Mobile.

I go back to Home and bring Mobile Sale latter any how and give them the service Center.

They have not check it proper and declarer that there is water damage in Mobile and it don't come in warranty. I request they that clear my other problem which is not due to water damage and I will give this phone to my 2 year baby for playing but they say that we don't west out time because if we clear the problem other problems come on the way.

They are asking for money to the customer saying this thing but I am not going to pay anything and I will give this mobile to my 01 Year baby for playing.

I am going to Consumer Forum because no one was satisfied with the service at service Center and I am going to publish same in all news paper and website that its happen with Micromax Mobile.

Hope you will take some action for the same.

Dear Sir/Mam*** i Purchase Micromax mobile hand set, model no-Q3 in May 2010. It works fine for 6 month. But after some time it has continuously problem. Then i decided to go in its service center in S. K. Enterprises Near Satyam Cineplex & Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi. They told me there is problem in charging* jack, then atonce i replace it, But one month later again same problem has arised. Again i told him this problem to him. But they did not talk to me in a proper manner And also They use rugistic language with me.

Now i am going to consumer forum. Because no one was satisfied with service at service center.
I Hpe u will tale some acation as soon as possible.

i have bought micromax Q7 in august.2010, on 24 nov2010 it started showing invalid IEMEI.submitted the set to ur aditya service centre faizabad.till today he has not handed the mobile set.i hv complained in ur service centre "complaint no.MMX0412102035" then also there is no response.ur company is a emerging company but sorry to say u have the worst service centres
kindly hand over mobile as soon as possible.

I did acquire one Micromax PSYCH mobile phone on 4th April 2011.but after three months my cell phone touch was not working .Than I went your service centre at Mathura (UP)R .K INFOTECH on 11th July 2011. They told me there is no touch available in our centre right now. We will get the touch after 5 or 6 days from our head office than u come and initiate your cell I said ok I will come to you after 10 days and give my phone to you for repair. I went there after 10 days and deposited my cell phone to your service centre on 23rd July 2011. They promised me for 5 days I said ok and went there again after five days they respond me like I m uneducated person they told me again it will take 10 days again I said ok than I went there after 10 days they again told me we have not received any touch from the head office till yet. So please wait I said ok now today I m going to post complaints against Mathura service centre due I can’t wait any more for my phone anymore so please do something for consumer satisfaction due to I m not the only one who is getting unsatisfied there is so many people. Please help to get my cell phone as soon as possible otherwise I will take this case to consumer court.
