This is Vinod P. Shinde, from Wawari, Pune. I have purchased Micromax Q5C on 27/9/2011, it was working fine till 1 and half month, suddenly it became dead. I contacted Micromax Service Center, Show Room No. 11, Mega Center, Hadpsar (020-32339090) on 14/11/2011, they committed 25 days for repairing/replacing purpose. But till now they have not given my phone back, whenever I called them, everytime they given me post dates.
I am tired of calling them. Please Help.
