I have brought Samsung I9003-SL mobile in Mobile Store of the Tarnaka branch on 22-Oct-2011. I have asked them clearly whether the device supports Skype for which they have said yes without ascertaining the technicalities. Believing them, I have purchased the said model and found that it is not Skype certified mobile phone and I am not able to have a successful Skype video call as the video is continuously flickering and it freezes most of the times. The Skype certified phone in Samsung galaxy is S2 model which was not communicated by the Mobile stores personnel. I have called them to exchange the phone with galaxy S2 for which they say that Rs. 5000 will be deducted which is ridiculous. The sales person should have a minimum knowledge about the Skype certified phones, if the customer asks, they should at least confirm by double checking the technical people rather than taking the customers for a ride.

I have communicated to the support team by mail and there is no proper response from them (mail communication attached). This is clearly taking people for granted. I request your help in sorting out this issue. Please do the needful.
