Dear Sir,
I would like to share with you the trouble that is caused due to above authorised service center for Nokia service center.
Sir As my Nokia N97 is not working properly, i consulted the Nokia Care and they suggested me to update the software which will be free as it is under warrenty. After the update of software nothing Happend the problem remained same.
then they said that they will send the phone to factory and told me that the display of phone is broken which needs to be repaired first and will cost me around 2200.
After i repaired my Display from there store itself under the bill no. 0122 dated 26 April 2010.
They didn't even send it to factory and the problem remained the same way.
after which i consulted the manager and i was surprised to see manager did not even behave with me properly and took my problem in a funny part. After keeping the Phone with them for 2 months they said that they will change the IMEI no. and will store new hardware.
But sir i am really sorry to say that the same problem is still occuring the same way.
Sir,
I request you to kindly look into this and help me to come out of this issue.

SUB: REPLACE MY HANDSET DUE TO PROGRAMMING ERROR

I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. HELP ME TO MAKE D.O THAN I CAN REPLACE MY HANDSET WHICH IS NOT WORKING INTIALLY I HAVE PURCHASE THIS HANDSET JUST BEFORE 15 DAYS AND SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING OF MY PHONE HAS ERROR AS PER NOKIA CARE.

i have purchased nokia 2690 on dated 5/8/2010.but on 10/8/2010 i found that the speaker my mobile is not
working so i goto your service centre Emm Ess enterprises ,GPO road ,First Floor ,Fountain chowk patiala
they have changed my phone speaker.but they not handle my mobie carefully due to lost of dust entering in my mobile screen . i have also told them to clean it but they donot do it well and still my mobile gives me problem. so please solve my problem.

sir ,i have purchased nokia n73 abt 1 year and 6 moonths back ,i got a ear phone sound problem in it ,i went to nokia care centre udhampur for its rectification,the attendent here checked the phone and told me that its ear piece got damaged ,i replaced it for rs 550/- but after one months the same problem persist, i again visit there, and i told that the same problem is again exist.they checked it again and again told me that the device is abt to be changed, i further pay a sum of Rs 550/- for the same.now after one months the problem again exist.please tell me wt to do .moreover the attendents also not attend the customer in well manner.i think the ear piece which i have changed two times is not original.please suggest me wt to do .write to me on
