I have NOKIA 5233 handset, which is not working properly. When I take it to the buyer he told me take it to the NOKIA service centre. After some repair engineer of NOKIA service centre told me now it is OK. But after few days it gives me trouble again. Then I again visit to NOKIA service centre they are not dealing with me properly. They said now we are not able to do anything. Sir, please registered my complaint against NOKIA. Only three months back I had purchase this set. Please help me in this matter.

Write a formal professional letter listings the defects of the handset to the following address

Dear Sir,

My name is MOHIT JAIN & currently i use nokia C 6 - 00 (357901042807758) but it get more problamatic because of various problems(CHAGING,BATTERY BACK UP etc) i lived in PATNA city n i gave that cell for solution at nearest NOKIA CARE at least & he cant repair it he always told me we send it to company & he take my mobile at least 30 day at every time but it cant repair.My cell is in warrantee period i cant satisfied to ur service..
so i request u to give me its proper solution or i will find another way for my satisfaction...i am totally fread up
