    Default Complaint against SAMSUNG Mobile Service Center, Cell Solution, Bangalore Domlur

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I brought SGH-M200 mobile phone around 11 months back (16th June). One year warranty was provided at that time.

    Recently my phone was getting restarted automatically, some serious technical issues are there, which is very obvious, that can be happened for any electronics goods.

    I submitted my phone to a SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD. authorized service center "Cell Solution" in #46/1, 1st Cross, Domlur Layout, Airport Road, Bangalore 560071 on 26th March 2010.

    It is being more than 2 months, they are ignoring my calls, not answering properly, not stating the exact problem, behaving in a very bad manner also.

    Please advice me, what to do in this situation!

    Default Poor Service

    I gave my S3600 mobile to Digital waves at Chennai on 05.05.10.The work order number is 6645. I gave it for the reason that the Cell gets abruptly Switched Off.
    Till this date 09.06.10 my set was not returned and I complained at Samsung customer care with Ref No 8409191583 and my set which was purchased on 14.10.09 was not repaired and I was given SCANT respect by them.Also I had sent umpteen mails from my mail id basanthi3123@gmail.com without any response

    i gave my samsung mobile model no.SCH-S109 to SAMSUNG Mobile Service Center sector-14 gurgaon in the month of august 2009.actually it was locked so i gave it u them to unlock it .i call them so many time but they d'nt gave my cell . i personlly visit the center but they d'nt gave my cell .today they gave my cell but this mobile is not mine .so i want to launch a complaint against the samsung centre pls help me out regarding this situtation.

    Default Bad Cervice centre in Nandurbar City-Maharashtra

    In Nandurbar city only one cervice center present and he getting monopoly. So that hthe owner is not respondings customers.Please give another Cervice center immediately otherthan Samsung will loose their market in Nandurbar District soon.

    Default samsung m5650 problem

    hi,
    i just wanna tell that my samsumg M5650(complain sl no:RUGSC95200K) mobile was having some problem regurding the touch screen. as the mobe was in the waranty period i gave it to the service center. But after giving several date to deliver. Still they claim that they need 5 days more.. but every 5 day after they repeat the save tone "5 days more". Any there behaviour is also very rude towards the customer.
    So please do necessary action so that i could get my mobile within the shortest period posible.

    Hello sir/mam,
    i am s.k.guruchal from mumbai (ulhasnagar-4) using your company cell s-3500 since 26/1/2010. I have the following problem related to cell. 1. Keypad, sliding is loose.
    2. Volume & speaker is not active properly.
    3. Display is not work properly.
    I gone to samsung gallary in ulhasnagar-2 for to solve my quries with purchase receipt, warranty card (1 year warrenty ). The person who are working their collect repair, maintainance charge in big amount within warranty period under the name of company charge without giving receipt.

    Default Need Full Replacement of C-3200 mobile with all features running.

    This is to notify that I am Payal Bhattacharya, once a keen customer of your brand especially, you’re mobile. This is the first mobile that I bought from your brand and this is the worst experience I have ever had of a mobile brand. On 27th of September, 2010, I purchased the C-3200 handset from one of your privilege partners, Janata Stores, Ultadanga, P-166/1, CIT Scheme VII M, Kolkata – 700054. Within two days of my purchase I started facing troubles. At first, the handset would automatically switch off by itself for which I had to submit it in one of your service centers in Salt Lake, Kolkata on 18/10/2010. After a few days the problem was restored 21/11/2010 and I got my phone back. However, there was one more problem that went unnoticed. The camera of this handset does not support pictures at most times when captured in the 1600 x 1200 resolution. When I intimated it to the service center, they advised me to change the memory card I was using. Even after changing the memory card, though, the problem persisted. Once again I submitted it for servicing on 1st of November. The circuit board of my phone was changed and I got my phone back on 4th November. The problem was not restored. After my phone was returned to me I noticed the same problem within two hours’ time. I had to submit my handset once again at the service center on the same day 04/11/2010 and they suggested replacement. After so much of harassment, I intimated the whole issue to the customer care, to the Manager of the service center of Salt Lake, Mr. Chatterjee on 08/11/2010, without any avail. Next I tried to contact the area manager of Samsung mobiles West Bengal, Mr. Vikram, as suggested by the customer care executives, but neither does he take phone calls, nor does he respond to sms’s. After this, my handset was replaced after another round of harassment on 15th of November 2010. But the funniest thing is that the new handset too has the same problem and then I came to know from a few friends and colleagues that, all the handsets of this series have the same technical problem that is manufacturing fault. Twice I had mailed you regarding this, but no response came.

    Now my question to you is, are you yourself aware of this fault? Almost 2-3 handsets are launched every week by your company. So many that your employees are sometimes unaware of this. Your website contains wrong information regarding handsets and at most times they are not updated. What is use of advertisements and publicity if your products do not give even a satisfactory performance? I have been harassed to no end and now after so much, what do I get? Nothing, now you need to take a serious look at it. When I have given the full amount for the handset, I ought to get all the features. I want my handset replaced and in a proper working condition. You have harassed me enough now I want my phone and this time I am not going to waste my time and money going to service centers and submitting there for ages. I have bought my phone for using it not for keeping it in your service centers. I want a response this time or else its time that I move to the Consumer Court. Do something about it at the earliest.

    Question Poor Service of Samsung Centre

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I brought mobile phone in the month of Feb 2010. One year warranty was provided at that time.

    Recently my phone display had gone automatically and the LCD screen was not working properly

    I submitted my phone to a SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD. authorized service center "Sagar Communication" in at Indra nagar CMH road

    It is being more than 1 months, still they are saying the LCD screen has not recieved from the company and i am unalbe to get in touch with my people its being very difficult i have missed out all contact number

    Please advice me, what to do in this situation!

    Question poor arrogant behaviour of Customer manager,Chennai

    Sir,
    I purchased samsung GURU 1081 model on 22-03-11 from Mobile galaxy anna Nagar.I asked him to check the mobile for it'sperformance.The office boy just issued bill and collected money.After that my sim was put and call made from the mobile.To my horror i found that so much of vibration in ring back tone and my ear got heated in no time.The shop owner accepted my view and ready to repalce with another set but since the box got slightly damaged he wanted that some customer manager at Service centre ,anna nagar signs he would repalce.

    But the persons at Service Centre namely ,
    Shri Mohan Customer Manager
    Shri Jagan Service engineer
    Shri Suresh Front end Customer manager.
    All humiliated me what sig you want ,i will not talk with the shop owner, etc.Mr Jegan was laughing at me in front of all staff in the room.Customer service Manager Mr Mohan told,what ever u want you do your set will not be repalced.

    The set is giving lot of heat and due to which i got head ache.I feel some action should be taken by the management of customer care so that such incidents will nor occur again.

    Default Cheating with customer

    Dear sir/Madam

    It is very regretfull and unfortunate that the people of authorised samsung mobile servicing centre at Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa are cheating with the customer repeatedly. I Bikash chandra Behera is a big fan of samsung. I have bought my mobile,TV, Freeze and Laptop from Samsung Company because i deeply rely on its product and service. I had given my mobile J700i on 30/4/11 for repairing in the said servicing centre and they assured me firmly that they delivered me the same on 3rd may in between 1pm-2pm. when today after keeping my all important official work back i reached and asked for my phone they replied me that please come at 5.30pm. When i called him at 5.30pm they again saying that sorry we an't say when it will be repaired.


    So I request you that please look into the matter on work footing basis and do the need full as soon as possible by your end.

    Default The battery of samsung mobile is not returns by the service centre.

    Dear Sir,
    As i have taken samsung duos mobile resently a new pack piece with in a month is mobile was dead and as per the mobile warrenty i have subimitted the cell phone at the samsung service centre at vashi the mobile is returned with repaird but the person the name mahesh had taken the battery after giving the service report and have not menshioned in the service report the madam manager there at sumsung service center is talking rudely and without helping us she is not ready to tell her name. To give our mobile battery she is listening the story how is battery got missplaced at samsung service center.

    The Claim NO IS 3171.
    Kindly go through it and give me the fit back as soon as possible so that i can get the battery as soon to enjoy your samsung mobile service.

    reads as silenced. I am an old person who is hard of hearing/seeing too. I just want to revert the call mode to ring not scilence. Please help me how to do it. i tried to go to Mathikere service centre but in vain.
    There was a service centre in Mathikere. I understand it's shifted to a different location. Unable to trace.
    They could have put up a board idicating new address to help seekers.

    Default complaint against handset SHC-W169

    I have purchase a hand set of SAMSUNG DUOS MODEL No. SHC-W169 on dated 18/05/2011.
    IMEI No. 3553959040109027 , But after five months i am facing problem in my hand set is not getting charge & switching off. from last one month i send it 3 to 4 time at Jharsuguda Samsung Customer Care, but problem is steel continue,
    your customer care service is not good in Jharsuguda, they are only confussing me also i think they are waiting for date of expire of my handset gaurantee.
    so pl rectify my problem as early as possible and send me feedback also.
