I have bought samsung galaxy s2 on 18 oct 2011
From mobile store bhopal ,since the day I,got the m
facing terrible heating from the fkash and camera
side. When I complained about my problem to the
Mobile store ,thy refused to take any responsibility
. Thy asked me to go to samsung service centre,thy
can only say the problem is with phone or with battety
.whn,i went to service center intialy their executiv
e accepted the extreme heating problem with phone.
Thy asked me to come tomorrow as their senior executives
Were not available. Whn I went next day thy were convincing
That extreme heating is normal with samsung
Galaxy s2 . After seeing their reponse I was shattered
For the excuse thy r trying to satisfy you,after purschasing
30000/_ phone ths is tbe after sale service.
pls help me out .
