    Default Complaint against samsung service centre

    Dear sir,
    i had purchase a samsung mobile phone from samsung dealer on bill. After 3 months, i started facing problem in network for which i contacted samsung authorised service centre ( electro serve center ) in motinagar.they formatted my phone but still i faced the same problem.after so many requests to check the phone again, they took my phone and gave me work order no. Wa54861011402 dated 27-02-10 and was told that there is problem in mother board and i can collect my cell after 12 days. But after 12 days i was told that part is not available and it will take more 18 days ( one month) to deliver my set. But still after 2 and half months they have not given my phone back even after 100's of phone calls complaints to their head of departments i haven't received my phone back.sir , no one there never took any effort to even call me and tell me the status, not even any standby phone has been offered and i'm running here and there from last 2.5 months but of no use. Finally, i had only option left that is to put this matter in your kind knowledge to get some relief from his continous harrassment...sir, please do the the needful..

    Angry replace phone

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I brought J770I GSM mobile phone on 03/06/2009 from MOBILE KINGDOM,Shop No-03, BSEL Tech Park, Plot No 39/5 & 39/5A, Opposite Vashi Railway Station, Mumbai by paying Rs. 5000. It is slide phone.
    One year warranty is provided.

    Phone got display problem. While i except call it get switch off, after that phone is not working. I have submitted mobile to Vashi Services. Explained about problem. Service center people opened phone and told me it might me mother board problem. After 15 days they told me phone is ok i used for 2 days then again same problem and again i have given phone on 30/3/2010 now it's 1month 7 days they are saying mother board is not available.

    so suggest me some thing

    Default Samsung Service Center in Panvel

    This is to draw your attention to the pathetic service provided by your service center at Panvel.I had given my Samsung make microwave oven in 1st week of April 2010.But till date I have not received my repaired microwave oven inspite of repeated followup at the center.
    The concerned people are not at all giving any response to my visits/telephone calls.It is high time that the authorities look into this matter & resolve the problem.

    (I already mailed u but there is no reply from ur side and my mobile is still in ur service center near bus stand Gurgaon for around 1 month but there is no response from ur side.

    I, Gulshan Sharma, residing at 247/23 Heera Nagar, Gurgaon wants to file complaint of your service center located at Sector-14, Gurgaon. I had purchased one Samsung handset Model No.SCH-B519 and SI No.A000001D194C92 few months ago but it was no working properly due to network and calling problem every time.

    Firstly, the problem is whenever I made one call from this mobile it showed me 10-12 outgoing calls and if anyone give me one miss call it showed 10-12 missed calls. Same problem is with network also. While talking call drop several times.

    I had made complaint to service center several times but they are not taking proper action regarding this matter. They kept the handset for 2-3 months. After service handset worked properly for 2-3 days but then again it will have the same problem. They had exchanged the motherboard for two times also. Old SI No. is A0000017929DF & new one is above written. They are also not guiding us properly. Sometimes they told us to bring the bill & all accessories of the handset so that they can reimburse the whole amount paid by us and suddenly they changed their mind and next day said they had exchanged the motherboard.

    Please look into this matter & take some strict action against them. I have already suffered a lot.

    Default complaint about service centre, NUTEK, dhatkidih, of Jamshepur, Jharkhand

    Sir,
    I have purchased a mobile from mobile store, Golmuri, jamshedpur. Then after few days during charging mobile get heated and charging time get longer, and poor standby time, Then i took the mobile to service centre of below stated. There i surrender i mobile. They said call after 2 days. After given period i made call. They said that mobile have repaired. When i reach there to take my mobile they said it was send for replacement. then i asked of standby model, they said come after 2 days. when i reach for that they again said that not available. So what i do. Please help me.

    Angry Sony Mobile ver poor qaulity..

    Hi sir,
    I have brought a sony F305 from Dombivli, Jayesh mobile shop. Inside one yr warranty the display of it got damaged dont know how..?? Even if the mobile was in warranty they charged me 1400/- for it..
    Then inside 45days the display and the strip again got damaged. Now they are asking for over 2000/- for it..Please help me...
    I have already paid 1400/- and got the new display fixed but it again got damage..I use my mobile very well never give it to anybody to use either...Please help

    Dear sir,
    This is to inform you that my name is Rakesh bhosle i had given a samsung cdma hone for repair on 31/7/2010 at metro telecare near pinky cinema at andheri my work order no:WA95071014949.
    the phone is under warrenty and they have asked for one week for repairing but still they haven't gave me my phone back.
    I visited gallery for more then 3 times they always avoid my request and would tell me that it will take time to repair and will contact me when it's ready.when i make call to gallery they don't respond to my call.
    last week i met MR.PRAMOD AND MR.RAKESH SINGH who is the owner of the shop but still i am unable to understand the reason for delay in my repairing of cell phone .
    I request you to kindly look into this matter.

    I purchased a Samsung led tv on the 1st of November from a near by Samsung showroom (ADISHWAR ELECTRO WORLD,RAJAJAINAGAR,IST BLOCK) during the diwali offer which was delivered at my place the same night along with a 3D glass and other amenities. I was also assured by the dealer a 3D blue ray DVD player, additional pair of 3d glasses,a 3D tiltle and diwali coupon draw gifts within the next two weeks.It has been more than a month and every time i contact the dealer I am told that the goods have not been delivered to them from the company and there is no stock for now and must wait. I need to know if this is really the reason for the inconvenience caused and how many more days will it take for the remaining products to be delivered.
