    Default complaint regarding samsung mobile phone

    I had purchased a samsung M2710 a month ago for rs5049.now in that phone the memory card was not functioning and the slidder became very loose. I imediately ran to the shop from where i purchased the mobile(Mobile Store) and they told me to go to the service center.I went there too and they assured me to solve the probllem soon.This went on for about 3 weeks and few days ago when i went there they claered the problem of memory card and said that it was just a software problem and called me next week to repair the slider.Now yesterday when i had gone there they are asking money for the same,Please help!

    i had purchased samsung corby pro 1 month back n it got hanged.so i went 2 the service centre n showed him d fone.he told me it was due 2 software malfunction.then after a week he told me its motherboard is damaged.its been a month now n he hasnt returned my fone yet.samsung mobile n their service both sucks big time.

    I am krishnakumar residing in velachery. I purchased samsung e 2130 mobile phone (under warranty)on 08/03/2010 in nearby wavetel showroom(alandur). Then by 08/05/2010 my mobile was dead with out functioning. I rushed to the wavetel showroom but they directed me to go to service centre(tambaram). They cleared the problem and returned my mobile back on 10/05/2010. After returning home once again i got the same problem. By 11/05/2010 i submitted to service centre (tambaram) and got mobile back on 03/06/2010. I used it half a day.... Again i got up with same problem.... I got tensed n vexed.... I went to wavetel showroom and requested them to replace it.... But they said to give to another service centre(velachery) once again.... I submitted to that show room on 05/06/2010 and got back on 11/06/2010. It worked for 1 day. On 13/06/2010 again same problem arises.... I dont know what to do? Because of this problem i took many days leave in my office..... Lots of travelling expenses... I faced lot of stress, tension.... I lost all my friends contact, business calls etc... Due to lack of mobile phone i lost many clients... Still they dint recover my problem nor replacing it.... Please help.... I have all the documents regarding this..... Please help for me.......

    Default complain for samsung gt s5603 flash light problem

    I have purchased samsung gt s5603 phone from VAPI on 8 september 2009. There is some problem with the
    flash light.I have given the bill and complaint in the service station at vapi. Almost 50 days have passed but there is no solution to the problem.     Respected Sir/mam,
    I have purchased samsung gt S3310k phone from THE MOBILE STORE IN TUTICORIN on 14/07/10.
    I have bought samsung mobile S3310k was having network problem.(EMEI no.352336042842098
    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre on 27.10.10 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 25 days.Today is 04/01/11 and they haven't repaired my cellphone till now near about more than 2.5 months have passed.the service center of samsung is near abut 15 kms from my house and i have visited there more than 15 times during this time period and also called many times.They also told me before 2 weeks that you will get a new set in refund within 3 days .but yet not got the new mobile.
    I had great business loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to give me justice.

    Cool Complain of Samsung Mobile Service Centre

    Hi,

    I have bought Samsung Monte on 22-Jul-2010.
    After 3 months i was getting problem in Jack of the mobile, which cause to not play soun in leaft speaker of Earphone.
    I have submitted mobile to Andher (East) Service Cetre for aprroximate 1 month.
    But i was getting same problem within 1 day.
    I again got repaired from Andheri East Sam Sung Gallery..

    Gain and Again.. I visited 3 times in Gallery but problem is same.

    I nedd to know the process of Replacement of Samsung Monte.

    Please help me...

    Angry Malfunctioning of Samsung Galaxy S I9000 Mobile Phone

    I purchased from your showroom one Samsung Galaxy S I9000 vide your invoice no VLP 120341 dated 14 th Dec 2010 costing Rs31000. Since the mobile was not recognized when connected to PC for data transfer, I approached Samsung Service centre @ Hilife Mall Santacruz East. They were not in a position to diagnose the problem; they directed me to get in touch with their Service station @ Khira nagar Santacruz,
    I had been to the Khira nagar service centre on 24th Dec 2011 , I was told that they need to download the Android 2.2 and I was asked to leave the piece with them and come after an hour. When I returned they told me that they could not download as there was problem with mother board. I was informed by their service head Mr Agnel Xavier that it needs to be replaced & he would be arranging in a couple of days for the replacement.
    Since I did not hear from Mr Xavier for the past 3 days, today with great difficulty I could reach him in the afternoon and he informed me he would arrange the refund and that it would take 40-45 days for replacement. It is totally unprofessional way of dealing with the customer and I would not like to wait that long and hence request you to refund the money.
    So, I lodged my complaint on December 27, 2010 with Sony Money , Vileparle / Mr Agnel Xavier Samsung Service @ Khira nagar ( mobile 9867361648) / Mr Sohib , Samsung Customer Zonal Head ( mobile : 9920462729 ) and none of them bothered to either replace the piece or refund the money and it is over 3 months since I am stuck with the useless piece. Incidentally I learn that Samsung has discontinued this model and both Xavier & Sohib are avoiding my call
    Seek your intervention to get my money back with 16% interest and any redressal as you deem fit, , for delaying the refund and for Samsung’s don’t care approach

    Default Improper service at ao called authorised service center

    Hi,

    This is Priya Prabhu, I had purchased samsung phone on 3/10/2010 from Ramdev Mobile(Dahisar East),

    Its Samsung GT-C3303

    SSN C3303gsmh

    IMEI: 359800/03/314524/4

    The very 3rd or 4th day i gave the phone for repairing as when i use to click any application it use to get RESART.I CANT EVEN DELETE MESSAGES AS THE PHONE GETS HANG..... Borivali Samsung service center people just formated the phone and gave it to me....... within a month again the same problem so i gave it to the same service center they again just formated the phone and gave it to me .......... but still the problem was not resolved so i showed it to Andheri Sumsung service center the person there told me that the mother board is defective need to change it.......

    Recently on 2nd week of April 2011 i gave my phone for servicing in Borivali Service Center..... I was informed that the mother board is been changed its not even a month and the problem is started again



    SO WHAT DOES THIS MEANS, THAT SAMSUNG PARTS WHICH ARE BEEN USED WHILE SERVICING ARE FAKE OR NOT ORIGINAL OR THE PARTS WHICH SAMSUNG IS PROVIDING IS DEFECTIVE ..........ITS NOT MY 1ST SAMSUNG PHONE BUT HOW MUCH EVER SAMSUNG PHONE I HAVE USED HAS SOME PROBLEM WHICH U PEOPLE HAVE FAIL TO RESOLVE ...



    THE MOTHER BOARD WHICH WAS BEEN CHANGED IS OFF SO LOW QUALITY THAT IT DIDNT EVEN WORKED FOR EVEN A MONTH



    WHAT KIND OF QUALITY PRODUCT DO U ALL USE WHICH DOESNT EVEN WORKS FOR ATLEAST 6MNTHS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM



    OR WAS IT A PREVIOUS REPAIRED MOTHERBOARD WHICH WAS BEEN INSTALLED IN MY PHONE IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN

    Thumbs down Complaint for Galaxy S

    Dear Samsung

    I Arun Bhardwaj, purchased a Samsung Galaxy S on 12-12 2010 from South Delhi. From the day I am facing problems with this phone. This phone get hanged all the times and processing of this phone is very much poor. Sometimes it get switched off automatically.
    While I was in Jaipur, I took it to Samsung service centre for checks, they updated it with some software and I face the data lost. But in spite of that my problem is still same. I am totally frustrated with this phone.
    After paying a good amount of Rs. 27000/- I never felt that it worths. I just wasted my money.
    I called up the customer care and they are asking me to take it to service centre again for that I do not have time. Once I went there, then technical support persons were saying that you have to leave the phone with us for at least 2 days.
    Kindly let me know exactly how you can help me in this regard. Your immediate response will be highly appreciable.

    Default Mobile problems

    I recently purchased Samsung wave 525 mobile.(Mobile phone:GT-S5253HKUINU)
    1) I am unable to type name in name column in own numbers(contacts, settings, own numbers). Why?
    2) Each time a new folder is getting created for photos storage, when I have taken photos. Why?
    3) In Home screen, wall paper is coming directly to first on pressing back button.Why?
    4) Sometimes beside signal strength icon, E and G are coming on its own.Why?
    Please tell me how to resolve these problems.What is the problem with the Mobile?
