This above phone is not working, as such its touch screen does not work and all function is slow and there is a problem of Hang Out of this instrument. This instrument, as on 7/08/10 is delivered for repairs under warranty period, to your service centre M/s Neeru Enterprises P-21, KFC BASEMENT, and SECTOR-18 NOIDA. Phone no. 0120-4241511. It is surprising to note that executive at your above service centre are asking for repair charges for removing the defects or denied for any replacements of the set under warranty period.
I request your good self to repair the instrument free of charges under the warranty period or to give replacements of the set without any charges.
