    Default complaint for samsung mobile phone

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    My name is Rohit Rohatgi, i reside in chandhi chowk. I had purchased a Samsung mobile phone modle no. L-700, on 28-08-2009, from Hotspot store in Chandhi chowk.
    But within 1 week of purchase i had face the problem of LCD. then i reach to the service center, their they had change the LCD. Now on 1st july 2010 again i face the same problem, again i reach to serveice center. they change the LCD. on 8th july 2010 again face the problem of LCD. they again replace it. Now on 1st august 2010 again LCD is not working. when i reach their, they had submit my phone.
    As u know my warranty will expire on 27-7-2010, and i had face the same problem 4 times in a year, what will happen after warranty. they will charge high amount for service.
    So i request you to look into the matter and please solve the matter as soon as possible. I want my money back ready to submit my phone.

    Respected Sir/madam

    I am writing this complain because....i am badly suffering from ur sumsang mobile.....I had purchage a sumsang set namely sumsang corby plus on 14 april 2010.Only after one month some display occur....after some days they(sumsang service center)told me that,its mother board is damage so they need to change it.it took again 30 days to do from there end.after so many days i've received my cell in mid week of july.....again after one day some problem in answering keys happen....again i went to ur workshop....they took again a week to repair.....and then they have give me.....now after soo many week...means on 2nd aug......but even after so many work done on my cell my cell is not properly working....we are from middle class family,spanding money on some thing is big deal for us....and even after spending 8500 on good brand on good cell company....its very sad....


    on ur service center i've request to change my set n give me the new one...i've know idea what ur policy of changing set...but i am suffering a lot with the set.

    please do some thing from ur end..

    Default Complain for samsung corby GT S3653

    I had purchased a Samsung Corby GT S3653 From Hot sopt dated 27 Feb 2009 time 4:59:34. After the 3 month the head phone of this set creating problem when i connect it it makes auto call and auto cut call during the calling. I was complain in Samsung costumer support they give the address of nodia service center . When i was gone there they told me the head phone is not available now plz contact us after 6 july when i contact them again they says again there is head phone in store plz contact us after few days. i contact again Samsung costumer support they give me the no no noida branch manager MR. Asish when i am contact him he says he willbe changed it and say come no 10 Aug but on that day they close the service center 45 min. before the closing time. when i am again contact with Asish he told me his was out of town and give me the no of his service center store dep. incharge Mr. Mohan. When I contact With Mohan he again say me the same word the head hone is not in the stock come after 20th Aug. and after the 26 Aug my head phone warranty finished Plz Tel Me what i do

    Dear Sir /Madam My name is anitmodi .i am a student of class 10th studying in the hyderabad public school beg. and i collected my pocket money and trusted on samsung and buied a handset of Rs.7500 and within 1 month i faced a problem of software and gave it to the service center in the parklane in hyd and after getting repaired again within 10 days i faced the same problem again the same processit happened 5 times and the 6th time when i gave him the phone and Mr.chari who was the incharge there told that he will change the motherboard and kept my phone with him for atleast 11 months and after the guarntee period he told me to invest money to repair it so wat to do and he told me to talk to the head Mr.anil he told me that he will replace the model and he is fooling me for past 3 months and i trusted a lot on ur company if it is possible u can tell them to return my money and i buied this phone from REDIPHONE Phone No. 66494522 , 66494622 and i buied this handset on 2nd feb and the handset is not there in use plzzzzzz look in this matter if not i have to take this case to the consumer court.

    Default Touch Panel Problem With Samsung Corby Pro B5310

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had Purchaged a Samsung Corby Pro B5310 on 22nd July 2010. And on 07 Aug 2010 I found a big problem with it. The touch panel was not working. I had given it to service centre on 9th Aug 2010. First they told me that it will be ok within 5min. But till now this probelm has not resolved. Since a long day I am not able to use my mob.

    Request you kindly rplace this mobile and give me a new mobile.

    Dear sir,
    i am one of your customer. I have an mobile of sam sung the model no is sch-379. I want to lot a complaint that my phone is becoming very slowly when i do some thing and now and then it stop working. Sometime while i was talking my phone got switch off. So i was to face very problem about it. And the most important thing is that when we go to customer service center we have to wait for more than 2-3 hours there only and after that our problem is not solved properly. So it is an humble request that to replace my piece as soon as possible. I will be waiting for your response.

    I HAVE PURCHASE SAMSUNG MOB NO :- B7320DDIH1 BEFORE 1 YEAR ON 27-12-2010. AFTER PUCHASING ONE TIME SCREEN DAMAGE BY AN ACCIDENT. AFTER THAT I SUBMIT MY MOBILE IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER. AND YOUR SERVICE CENTER HAD CHAGED MY DISPLAY SCREEN AND CHARGED IT 1700.00 RS . BT AFTER THAT SERVICE MY MOBILE DOSE NOT WORK PROPERLY.

    EVERY TIME NETWORK PROBLEM & SOUND PROBLEM COMING CONTINUESLY. AND MY MOB NOT WORKING PROPERLY NOW. I AM REALLY TIRED FROM MY MOBILE PHOEN.

    KINDLY GIVE ME REPLY THAT WHAT CAN YOU DO BEST FOR ME. NOW I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT TO DO WITH MY MOBILE. BECAUSE ITS VERY EXPENSIVE. AND MY WIFE HAS GIFTED ME IT ON MY BIRTHDAY.

I have an mobile of sam sung CDMA mobile phonethe model no is B239,purches od 06.06.2010 I have a problem regarding charging of my mobile,And the most important thing is that i was deposited my mobile to CAPITAL ENTERPRISE (P)LTD,12.JL NEHRU ROAD,KOL-13 on 18.12.2010 to solve my problem yet after 20 days they told me to wait 12-15 days more,as it was my very importance mobile i want to get my phone as early as possable,my work order no is 12/18/001So it is an humble request that to replace my piece as soon as possible.     i am one of the customer of SAMSUNG MOBILE. I have a mobile of samsung (CDMA) model no is B239, Purchase on 06.06.2010.
    I was faceing a problem regarding charging of my mobile and the most important thing is, i was handenover my mobile to SAMSUNG SERVIC CENTER
    ,cAPITAL ENTERPRISE (P)LTD,12 J L NEHRU ROAD,KOLKATA-13 ON 18.12.2010 to solve the problem yet after 20 days(07/01/2011)when i contact with them
    they told me to wait 10-15 days more and also during last 20 days they are not gave me any kind of feedback.As itis a vewy important handset(mobile) to me
    i want to get my mobile as early as possable in right condition,my work order no is 12/18/001.

    So it is an humble request to you to slove my problem as soon as possable

    Angry Complaint

    Dear Sir,

    With the above phone GT-B7722. I am using this phone since 6 months. I am facing alot of problem with this set. I had written to Samsung care before reagrding the problem, and got information to update the firmware but after that also, i am facing those problem again.

    I am using samsung mobile since 1999, but this phone is the worst phone for me, it such a waste of money. Now all my belive from your company gone away.

    .This phone is built of problem..
    1- Phone get hanged while receving message,
    2-Internet toooooo slow
    3- problem while opening any software "Not enough memory"
    4- Can not zoom the internet page
    5- phone lock, while receiving call.(no menu option)
    6-very slow process of scrolling

    and many more......................................

    One more thing compare to this phone, many cheap phone works better than this one.

    Kindly request to you sir, please do something or i have to move some other comapany

    Default Mobile Seller refuses money after the unit purchased was defective

    Hi,

    I had bought a Samsung Galaxy S II phone from Spice Hot Spot in Bangalore. However just after couple of hours of using the phone i could feel the screen had some problems and went wo check the same with the dealer. He directed me to the Samsung Service Center which acknowledged of the screen being faulty(along with a printed certificate of its fault).

    I have been issued a replacement cell which also suffers from the same defect and I now want to return the set and get back my money. However the dealer (Spice Hot spot) says they can not refund the money and i need to buy any other cellphone for it. I have paid Rs. 31000 for the particular set and dont want to take any other set for the sake of taking it.

    Can anybody please help me understand what should be done in this case? Am I elgible for a refund of my money after 2 brand new sets have come out faulty and the Samsung service center has acknowledged the defect in both of them?

    Angry Samsung Galaxy S2 screen issue

    I received a call from Samsung India regarding this post and after listening to my issue they assured me I will be getting call from their representative in Bangalore. Its been almost 10 days but I am yet to hear from Samsung as promised. In the meanwhile I have also responded to the email received fromSamsung (samsung.mobile.india@gmail.com) with the problem and pictures of the screen. No acknowledgement or reply for the same has been received from Samsung. Calling on the Samsung Customer Care (0120-6454545) is futile as they can not hear my voice.

    After waiting 10 days for Samsung India I went to the Samsung Service Center in Koramangala, Bangalore. They acknowedge the screen has a defect but can not replace the set as its more than 4 days old (according to replacement policy).

    After spending Rs. 31000 I am stuck with a defective handset for which Samsung has not been providing any help.

    Have pledged to stay away from Samsung all my life, and make others aware of their defects n customer service.

    Extremely pissed off with Samsung for the behaviour and the responses and I am filing a casein the cousumer court against it.

    Respected Sir,

    My name is sofiyan desai,, from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.. i had purchased a samsung mobile model no. - E 2130 on 27th jun 2010. with in two or three months the cell is been re-started again and again. i consulted at service center they updated software, at that time it was ok but after few days i faced the same problem. like this several times software was updated. but there was no satisfaction.. then the guys at service center told me that we need to change the Mother board. they changed the mother board also..then after the mobile was totally dead. they changed the Mother board again...like this 4 to 5 times the mother board is been changed in a year still there is a same problem. today itself 25 jun 2011 i submitted the cell for software upgradation and the guy at service center tolds me that there are chances to change the mother board. I am tired of this..and i m scad that what will happen after two days because my warranty period is coming at end. it will cost me high for the paid service....please do needful to me,,,,, i need my money back..and whatever % of money i'll agree and redy to submit the phone

    my name Atul sood v.p.o rajpur teh.palampur distt.kangra(H.P) sir i have purchased samsung mobile GLAXY POP S5560 on dt 24.7.11 but after 2 days they have a problem of battery backup.so i have changed but after 6 days the mobile speaker is not working .so i went to dealer(palampur) but they treat me as a thief but when we say i go to court thex they speak lightely.i have say changed mobile then they say yes but after that time my mobile is not back when we asked they say one month.
