i am pavani palusa . i have purchased a mobile W395 , Sony erricsson,( priceRs 5,288 ,Vat 4% -Rs 211.50, CC Charges -Rs 26.52 Ps, 1 Uninor number -Rs 100 == Rs 5,627.00 ps)
Bill number SI/HGR/2645,, on 07-06-2010 from sangeetha mobiles, himaythnagar, hyderabad.
but from day one i have problems with that mobile like hanging up , poor voice quality and clarity. when approached the related mobile store after a couple of days from the date of purchase of my mobile i.e on 13-06-2010 , regarding the problem they have just sent it to service center and gave it after 3 hrs and ensured that if the problem persists then they will replace the handset. And they have not explained the terms and conditions and not taken the customers signature on the bill.
But the problem is not rectified , then i have contacted the store for this but the reply was very bad, a person named AHMED (9949227322) who spoke to us very rudely.and they have said that we need to go to service center for that repair and that is not their duty.
But at the time of purchase they have said that if there is any problem in the handset they will replace it, which they forgot when we went for replacement.Their response is so rude that we are unable to explain them the problem .
