Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken spice mobile in the month of feb 2010 and last from three months i am facing problem with the mobile. Finally submittied to service center for repair one month back and they handed over to me yesterday after repair and again i am facing the same problem. Problem is not rectified. I want to know can i proceed to case a file against them.

Kindly help me in this case.

I purchaged a Spice Mobile Phone (Model QT-60) from M/s Sai Electronics, shop no.28, Pocket B&E, DDA Market, Dilslhad Garden, Dehi-95. on dated 5.06.10. Within a week fault arises in the phone, it's Headset icon permanently stay over the screen and is not able to disapear and hence its speaker was not functioning. I approached to the shop, fromwhere i purchaged it, but the shop owner gave the address of Spice authorized service centre at West Rohtas Nagar, Babarpur Road, Shadara, Delhi and told me to approach there for the fault removal. On getting the suitable time, I gave my Handset to the said service centre on dated 20.06.10. vide Jobsheet no.1314, book no. 27 to Mr. Himanshu (contect no.9953075309), but still its possition is not clear. No one pickup the phone even the bell rings. I personally visited the service centre several times, but all is vain, not getting setisfactory reply or my handset back, even Mr. Himansu never availabel at the shop and whoever available at the shop has no answer about whereabout of Mr. Himansu who is only responsible man, as per reply of co-workers works at the service centre. I bring this to your kind notice, please help me in getting my phone beck to me and if it is not repairable refund me the new one or else I would bound to bring the matter to the consumer court. I had purchased the spicemobile handset

sir,
I purchase a M-4580 mobile phone.
but within a month mobile displeay vertical lines on screen
i go to shop where i take this mobile.
he suggest me that he repaired my phone from service center Mandsour (M.P.)
but he can't repaired my mobile properly.
now in 2 or 3 months later he give me mobile phones and say this is water damag
and not repaired now.

If any sim inserted then it shows temparary occur and then switch off.my model is spice s-580.and also it will switch off frequently.please send me the software of this model.that is spice s-580.please respond quickly.

i am using the spice hand set which model no is d88 cdma+gsm.
But from yestarday iam suffring a problem. The phone is going in auto
answer mode and i check all the profile and setting i did not find any
solution.i am unable to formate my mobile also i am putting the code
and it is showing wrong. So please solv my problem i will thank full to
you.
