no reply in service centre,very bad responce for consumer,very inresponsible

My self Deo Chandra Thakur, I have purchased a videocon mobile from (Mobile store)Bangalore. After 1 week in my mobile charging point was not working properly and after some time it was fully not working. when i went my native i.e Dhanbad, i was submitted to service center of Dhanbad which name is Aryan It Solution, but they told me to you have to pay charges but it is under guarantee period and i have bill also, where i was already spoke to customer care of videocon,Delhi.They told me to sir you will get repair your mobile free of cost.Still i am not getting my mobile back from service center of Dhanbad.

i am purchase a videocon mobile handset (v 1755) after few days,i am facing touch problem in my mobile i was submit my mobile in sevice center in patna (smart network communication).but after 2 months,Still i am not getting my mobile back from service center (smart network communication).
