My name is jyoti prasad chatterjee of 6,Baikuntha chatterjee lane, howrah -711101. I was purchased a new Nokia model no.7210c mobile phone on 3rd August 2010 from nokia authorized dealer named NU-YORK TELEWORLD of 1,R.N Mukherjee road, kolkata - 700 001. On 4th August I was found tiny sports in camera in dark space. And I report to Nokia Care (Girish Park) on 5th August 2010. They examine the phone, and agree with my complain and they was taken the phone for overcome the problem by a job sheet (job sheet no 271504886100805/58) by promised to back by 10 days. On 17th August 2010 evening when I was in Nokia Care (Girish Park) for recollect my phone then I found my phone was same as before. And the executive of Nokia Care realized and taken back again for over come the problem.
I, complain through this letter please replace the phone, I purchased a renown worldwide branded phone. Why I am suffered day by day?

I purchase Nokia E-72 from spice mobile store. yesterday there was some problem in bluetooth and internet browsing. I went to nokia care in Kotla there they took my cel and after half an hour they told me that some liquid patches seen in the mobile and therefore the warrenty of the mobile has been over and if you wants to repair this set you have to pay Rs. 10,000 to repair the mobile which is under warrenty as pr my record.

when i told them i don;t wants to repair they gave me back and when i started my cell i came to know that its camra flash is not working. i told them that it was working earlier but they got excuse and told me that due to liquide sign it is not working.
