Dear sir,

I had purchased coolpad handset-2938 in sept-2010 from Reliance Web world at DAKC,Navi Mumbai.

Since date of purchase it was given for different types of service to M/s Accelfrontline Services Ltd, at Commerce centre, Tardeo, Mumbai as under,

27-7-2010 MUT-CP-3850 blinking-not getting star resolved
2-11-2010 MUT-CP-4827 CDMA slot not working not resolved-returned

Last time it was returned with remark that wrranty is over and it was so damaged that mother board has to be replaced, which cost 60-70% ot total hand set cost.but I am of the mind that problem is begin in july-2010 only when it was submitted for "Not Blinking"-complaint

Than this complaint was forwarded to higher level at Reliance communication, but it was returned with remark that Reliance is involve in trading of handset and no service is warranted by its chain store.

From site “consumer complaints-consumer forum” I found that there are more than 50 complaints against coolpad handsets.

you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.
