Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have registered a complaint with the Consumer Court Forum some time back but there has been no answer from DEALS & YOU for the same.

Inorder to again explain what I have explained before; I had placed an order (Order Number 216688) on 20th Aug for a BLACK BERRY STORM for an amount of Rs.13,900.

Till date I have not received my product though payment was given on the same date by credit card.

Twice the company has misleaded me by giving wrong courier Awb No's which were all for other destinations and not to my address which means the company is fooling there customers like this.

Even after 3 weeks of repeated requests for a refund the company is not able to give me any defenite answer.

Can anybody help me to know if me as a customer will be able to get my money back and if so when ??????????

Your help on the same will be highly appreciated.
