i have Purchased Videocon Mobile Phone, Model No: V - 1675, from Devendra Telecom, # 329, GVS Complex, 10th 'A' Main, 3th Block, Opp Cosmopolitan Club, Jayanagar, Bangalore. on 19/5/2010,Bill No: SI/3bn/1859 for Rs.5,800/=

I am not able to send & receive MMS from this Hand Set. i went to the Dealer he suggested go to Videocon Authorised Service Centre. I went to Accel Frontline Services Ltd, Cunningham Road, Bangalore. There I spoke to Mr. Parthivan he told me that new software to be loaded to my Phone, but then also I was not able to send & receive.

Then Mr. Parthivan told me to give the Mobile Phone to me & he get the Broad changed & i told him that i can not give Mobile Phone even for 1 day because all my important business calls i receive only on my Mobile Phone. He told me that he need time of atleast 15 to 20 days if i am not willing to do so forget about problem & use has it is.

Then I send a mail to Videocon Mobile Company, they r also asking me to surrender my Hand Set to Videocon Service Centre.

I want to what there no LAW made for this kind of Companies?

If it is please help me. I can not surrender my Mobile to there service centre even for 1 day.
Please get it done immediately. If not i should say there on one in India who can help people from this kind of companies.
