I purchased a mobile in The mobile store on 06/13/2010. Since the day 1 the FM was not working properly, but I didn't find time to go back to them. Today 06/17/2010 I approached the show room for the same reason, they are asking me to contact the service center. My question is why should I get an handset repaired and use it, when I have paid full amount for a brand new handset. Will I get justice if I approach consumer court? Please let me know. Thanks.
