SINCE I PURCHASE IT I DEPOSIT IT 7 TIMES FOR SAME PROBLEM WITHIN 3 MONTHS
RECENTLY I SUBMIT MY X2 ON 2 AUG TO SERVICE CENTER & TILL DATE 18 AUG MY HANDSET IS NOT DELIVERED TO ME

COMPANY REPLACE MY HANDSET 2 TIMES WITH NEW ONE BUT PROBLEM STILL ARISES

I'VE ALREADY CONTACT CUSTOMER CENTER OF SONY ERICSSON SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO SATISFACTION YET RECEIVED

I'VE SPEND LOT OF MONEY ON IT

NOW I WANTS MY BILLING PAYMENT OF Rs. 24300 BACK
SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Sub:- Complain Regarding Malfunctioning of Sony Handset,Customer Dissatisfaction and Poor Service at Service Centre.



The reason of putting forward this Mail is to bring into your knowledge that being a Reputed Handset Brand throughout world I am highly disappointed from the services offered by your company. The attitude shown by your service centre executives is not acceptable at any damm cost.

This year in the month of January I purchased a Sony Handset Model no (SPIRO W100i) from One of the mobile showroom (HOTSPOT In RDC, Ghaziabad) by paying 4700/-INR. The handset is troubling me right from the very first day. Initially I thought that the problem would be sorted out if once I’vl switch it Off and then On but the problem is still there It use to hang a a lot, SMS shows to be out of memory every time, once you open the flap of handset the display gets freezed for very long time. I have complained several times at your Sony Erricson service centre at AMBEDKAR ROAD Itself in Ghaziabad but still these problems not sorted out yet. I have visited 5 times to the service centre alongwith my Handset wasting a hell lot of My time and money,every time your service centre executives promises to rectify the problem but every time the result is same. Even one day I met one of the Manager in the store he promised me that he will personally look into my matter but again it was a false commitment. This is the example how you treat your Customers Even Managers use to make false statements. Myself being a part of service Industry i clearly understand the Importance of a customer which is not shown by your end at any point of time. Your services at Service Centre are highly pathetic every time when I use to go there I find several other customers standing because of Handset problem. Now my concern is that I have chosen a wrong brand of Cellphone, I would be a happier person if I go with NOKIA, SAMSUNG or any other brand Next time.This is clearly hitting your brand image negatively as I will never recommend SONY to any one. I want Immediate strict action to be taken by your side to overcome from this,Either Replace my handset or Refund my harder money as soon as possible other wise I have no other option to move to the Consumer Court as this is clearly a deviation of Consumer Protection Act-1986.
