DearSir/Madam,
I have purchased one Samsung Mobile Model No GT-C3510 on 12/07/2010 from M/s New Mobile Store, Jalgaon with IMEI No358650/03/129023/2 but in this mobile I am facing the problem like when I m touching the screen,the touched spot's color is spreading also the touch pad is not moving properly.For this I have visited to Dealer Mr.Mahesh(9822061676)and then Service center but in service center they are saying this problem is due to Monsoon. This is very much wrong because I have checked in other mobiles also.
Three times I went to Dealer for the said problem but every time dealer was saying come later.
Today i.e.on 24/07/2010 when I went to dealer Mr.Mahesh not entertained and treated me properly as a Customer he should respect me and listen to my problem but he spoke with me very harshly and Arogently, but when I argued with him , he was ready to replace the Mobile but for which he put one condition infornt of me that I have to say Sorry to him.
Is this the service from Samsung Dealer??
I want to replace my mobile at the earliest.
Pls help me Regarding this.
