    Angry Faulty Samsung Wave mobile handset

    I have recently purchased Samsung GT S8500 Wave Mobile phone from The Mobile Store at Little World, Kharghar, Navi mumbai.
    I found that the following features are not working in this phone:

    Adding menu Item:
    I am not able to add menu item in my phone.
    As per the manual it said that after clicking the Menu button, then clicking on edit and rotating to landscape view, i will have to click on + button to add.
    But I am not getting any + button after clicking on edit and rotating to landscape button.

    I have spoken to the service center at 022-30308282 but I got the answer that this is new OS BADA and they have no information. If Samsung service center is saying that they don't know their own products, then it is quite amazing!!!
    Although the Representative Dheeraj called me up and was very co-operative towards resolving the issue, the curative measures cannot mollify the inconvenience caused.

    Let me list out the pain areas created as a consequence of ignorance at the time of product testing:

    1 - Most Important: My trust in the Company (Samsung) erodes which is contagious.
    2 - Now I will have to take out time from my schedule and go to the service center which causes me money and valuable time. I am
    sure that Samsung will not bear the cost to provide service at my door step. I live in Navi mumbai in Kharghar and the nearest
    service center is 4 stations away. Also I have 6 days working in a week which makes it very difficult for me to take out time and
    go to service center. Also, as per your representative, the software has to be re-installed which will take 1-2 hrs.
    So basically in all this all the pain is taken by Customer. First he pays for the product and then again he pays to go to company
    which will then take time to resolve the issue.
    3 - Can you imagine the mental harassment undergone. Just follow-ups and communication doesn't solve the purpose. The
    promises should be bolstered by deeds.

    Now I don't know when will I get time to go to service center, sit there for 1-2 hrs and then get it done and all this during the weekdays!!!
    Please address this issue ASAP as the customer service eperience is not really good so far for me.
    I hope his will be rad by responsible team to address this and will not be ignored like the service center.

    Unhappy Faulty samsung wave

    After a long thought i had decided to finally go in for a samsung wave.I was very happy after buying,though it only lasted till i reached home.On exploring the product i found out that it just goes biserk, sometime it shows weak signal or no signal at all.Then there is the battery that does not last even 12 hours.The phone switches off automatically.It hangs for no reason.I am completely dissatisfied with samsung as after paying 18000 rupees i get such a defective product.Probably this would be my last samsung product.

    Please i really need you guys to help me.
