Dear Sir,

I have bought one mobile (Model - SGH - E250i; Sl. no: RVBS645506H) from M/s Danish Collection (Cash Memo no: 1093 dtd: 26/9/2009), which got problem of "No disply - Black Screen" and was rectified free of cost by the Authorised Service centre of Samsung Mobile M/s Capital Enterprise (p) ltd. 12 J.L. Nehru raod, Kolkata. But after repairing, with in two days, problems started which are listed down below and again the same problem was noticed with in 15 days.

This mobile have following problem:

1). Screen White while talking or light not getting off even in idle for 5-10 min.

2). Screen bottom corner Black while charging

3). No display – black screen

4). Low battery back up, Battery got low only after 2-3 calls

5). Ribbon Cable Failure. (Cost of the cable is Rs. 500.00)

As per the Customer Care of Samsung I have submitted my mobile to M/s Capital Enterprise again for replacement. Work order no: WA04131014051 DTD: 9/6/2010. Now I already got the massage from service centre that they have repaired the Mobile, but if it will fail again than it will repair on chargeable basis. Now Warranty of this mobile is about to finish. I ask them to provide me 3 yrs warranty or replacement of Model with same range of model as this model has manufacturing problem.

I mate some people who are using this mobile and confirm that the Ribben cable failure is a common problem for this mobile model as they are keep on replacing the same.

Hence I request you to help me to get either Warranty or replacement of the mobile model. Maintenance of Rs. 500.00, once or twice in a year for Rs. 4000 - 5000 Mobile is too high, also time consuming and mental harassment.
